The possibility of direct ODF/OOXML format processing in XSLT
Sem, Štěpán ; Kosek, Jiří (advisor) ; Nálevka, Petr (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to allow to work with XML document archives and related data directly by the help of XML tools, e.g. XSLT processors. It is particularly about ODF and OOXML format processing. The whole archive will be represented by only one XML document, which will directly include XML documents from the inside of the archive and base64 encoded binary data eventually. The representation will be created by the parser implemented in Java programming language. The first chapter describes an example of how the data can be stored inside the archive. It is necessary to realize, that after the archive decompression, we will get mainly XML documents, in which the prevailing part of the document's content is stored and that we can therefore directly process. First of all in the second chapter, we will describe various parser interfaces, which allow to work with the XML documents more easily. This information is closely related to the main scope of the thesis - parser implementation. After the brief identification with the existing possibilities of document processing, we will demonstrate the solution in the application using a concrete interface implementing parser on an accompanying example and we will give reasons for the solution chosen in this thesis. The third chapter analyses possibilities of an ZIP archive representation as an XML file and selection of the most suitable one for this application. We will also mention the possible solutions of situations, when the document contains links to another documents. The aim of the fourth chapter is to briefly construe the Java provided facilities, which relate to the solution itself, and to describe the concrete solution to the problem. The fifth chapter aims to demonstrate the usage of the created application.

94 Abstract The purpouse of my thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the issues of copyright in architecture. I tis very complex topic and orientation in it brings many difficulties not only to public. As revealed in my work, there is very few litigation on this issue, but that doesn't mean that they doesn't exist at all. However, architects or architectural ateliers mostly aren't interested in venturing into protracted disputies and the vast majority of these disputies ends with out court settlements. This behavior is understandable, since building design represents architect's livehood, they rather abates in their opinions rather than undergoing the time and economically disadvantageous battle with the investor. My diploma thesis consists of six chapters, each of them examines architectural work from a different perspective. The purpouse of the first chapter is to clarify the concept of architecture and traditional architecture, which the Copyright Act concieves just very briefly. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of an architectural work, including the urbanistical work. Another part focuses on legal conceptual characteristicss that work must fulfill to be under the protection of copyright law. Beside that, I describe concept of authorship, co-autorship and employee work issues....

Gender Aspects of Social Work
KUBEŠOVÁ, Kristýna
The thesis, "Gender aspects of social work" deals with the issue of incidence of gender stereotypes and prejudices among social workers both gender in České Budějovice. The goal of this work is to find out if gender stereotypes and prejudices could be found in their mind and in practical approach to clients. Moreover, we would like to identify what create conditions for them and how the individuals try to deal with them. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters which focus on terms gender, gender issues generally as well as in connection with social work and above all on gender stereotypes and the incidence in the area of social work. The basic terms are discussed as gender, gender identity, gender role, gender contract and gender socialization. I am concerned with differences between gender, division of male and female role and created gender stereotypes. In addition, I deal with the theme of gender studies and discrimination in connection with gender marginally. Primarily, the theoretical part is focused on gender stereotypes and prejudices in social work and personality of social workers. The practical part is a description of the qualitative research, where attitudes of representative social workers are investigated in case of gender stereotypes and prejudices. With regard to the objective and qualitative strategy of this theses, two research questions were defined: 1) Is there any awareness in social workers about possible gender stereotypes and prejudices in social work?, 2) Are gender stereotypes and prejudices present in behavior, opinions and attitudes of social workers or as the case may be how they are manifested in approach to clients? Semi-structured interviews with 5 women and 1 man were conducted for the purpose of this study. They were selected by objective sampling intentionally. All of them work in organizations of social work in České Budějovice. The realization of the study took place in May 2014 in České Budějovice. The results were divided into three parts on the basis of semi-structured interviews and then were analyzed by the method of clustering. In the first part of interview, I am concerned with the basic information about social workers in connection with performance of social work. Then I focus on their own gender socialization and their idea what is the optimal distribution of gender role in family. Second part of interview is focused on consciousness of social workers about gender in social work. I took an interest in incidence of stereotyped behavior and creation of attitudes to clients. Moreover, the possibility of preference clients on the grounds of affiliation with gender was explored. The final part of interview, I focus briefly on reflexion of social workers and instruments which are used for reflexion of gender stereotypes and prejudices. The results were analyzed in a qualitative way and transformed to uncluttered charts. Results showed gender stereotypes and biases occur among social workers of male and female gender and their primary attitude to male or female clients is influenced by them. The incidence is mainly affected by transferring patterns of men and women role from their families. Nevertheless, men and female social workers are aware of their incidence and they try to eliminate and reflect them during their work. Because of these mechanisms, the attitude of social workers to male and female clients is getting better. In future, the thesis may serve as a source of information for social workers as well as general public who take an interest in this area.

Interactive web sites for testing students from mathematics on basic school
KANDUS, Václav
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create particular interactive web pages that would be focused on both the practice and the testing of elementary school pupils in selected areas of mathematics. This web application enables the pupils not only to practise their skills in 15 different categories comprising three levels of difficulty and to access their work groups, but also to complete assigned tests created by their teacher and to follow their progress in them as well. Apart from the test and the group creation, the application also enables the teachers to put in their own tasks and exercises and to monitor certain statistic indexes, for instance how well the pupils performed the assigned tasks. The first part of the thesis deals with the analysis of similar web pages and their comparison. The second part is then focused on the analysis and the design of the application itself and further describes the crucial parts of its development. The following, i.e. the third, part is devoted to possible security thrests and how to prevent them. The system implementation is described in the fourth part which also briefly characterizes all of the used technologies and tools when creating the web application. The final part discusses the use of this application at selected elementary and grammar schools.
