The innovation of methods to control phosphorus status of agricultural soils from consensus of agricultural and environmental apsects of frugal using natural resources
Matula, Jiří
Methodology solves efficient phosphorus supply levels of agricultural soils from agricultural and environmental consensus trough recognition of maximum and minimal concentration of soluble phosphorus fraction in soil solution which is really needed to keep reasonable crop production of agricultural fields. The limitation and do not crossing of necessary maximum P-concentration in soil solution also helps to minimize possible P-losses by surface runoff and subsurface flow. The basic step of solution is standardized laboratory technique extraction of soil solution from soil sample including also the terminal-analytical P determination. And then the estimation range of convenient P concentration in soil solution. The last step is regression between multi-nutrient soil tests (water extraction, ammonium acetate extraction with addition ammonium fluoride and Mehlich 3 soil test) and P-concentration in soil solution. In the case of close regression is then used for recalibration soil tests from agricultural-environmental consensus.

Hlavní náplní práce je návrh specifikace fyzikálních, chemických a biologických vlastností a parametrů materiálů vhodných k rekultivacím půdy a tvorbě krajiny postižené těžbou a jinou devastační činností. Při tom jsou zohledněny rekultivace zemědělské a nezemědělské. Práce obsahuje přehled literatury a přehled použitých domácích a zahraničních legislativních předpisů.

The methodics of plant nutrition and fertilization by phosphorus
Kunzová, Eva
The methodics inform about situation in plant nutrition and fertilization by phosphorus on arable soil in Czech Republic. The methodics indicate two approaches for assessment of fertilization demand utilized as well for checking of phosphorus input limits requested by different legislation. There is evaluated need of phosphorus for expected production and soil fertility stabilization.

Geochemical position of thallium in forest and agricultural soils.
DROZDOVÁ, Adéla
This M.Sc. thesis is focused on geochemical position of lithogenic and anthropogenic thallium in forest and agricultural soils. Two localities with different contamination source were chosen for this study. The first studied locality with occurrence of lithogenic thallium only, was an area of Kluky u Písku (South Bohemia). The second studied locality with anthropogenic thallium occurrence was the area of Olkusz (South Poland). The thallium fractionation forms in studied soils were detected by a sequential extraction procedure. The significant differences in thallium distribution and mobilization were observed at both localities. It was found that the erosive and bioturbation processes, as well as dust deposition into the soils, represent the main factors for lithogenic thallium mobilization and thallium distribution between biotic and abiotic components of the environment. Dust deposition of anthropogenic thallium depends mainly on predominant wind direction in landscape, or landform of target area (presence/absence of forest etc.). Ore processing methods and an inappropriate location of disposal sites also played an important role in the mobilization/imobilization process of anthropogenic Tl and soil contamination.
