The benefits of road network design in comprehensive land adjustment for anti-erosion protection
ŠILHA, Radek
The main aim of the work is to demonstrate that properly designed field paths within the comprehensive land adjustment may serve as an important anti-erosion element. The exploration area is the land area Plešovice in the district of Český Krumlov. The anti-erosion effect was studied at properly leaded roads. The road network was evaluated with respect to the condition before and after the comprehensive land adjustment. Firstly field paths that were indicated as anti-erosion ones in the joint facilities plan were located. Further 2 detailed field surveys were carried out in which information and photographs were collected. The partial aim is to determine the vulnerability of agricultural land by water erosion by means of the latest methodology called Protecting agricultural land from erosion, which was published in early 2012. The use of current value of rain erosion factor (R = 20), which today appears to be undervalued, is mainly reflected. At the end of the work technical parameters of field paths were determined so that they comply with the conditions of anti-erosion protection.

HŮRKOVÁ, Drahomíra
This thesis is part of the project GA CR No 526/09/1546 ("Importance of newly assimilated carbon to the interaction of plants with soil in grassland and wetland ecosystems in varying environmental conditions"). The was focused on differences in leaf anatomy of plants subjected to different nutrient regimes. Stands dominated by C.acuta were studied in two localities - wetlands: Záblatské meadows with organic soil and Hamr meadows with mineral soil. Effect of fertilization was studied in areas subjected to doses of fertilizer of 300 kg NPK. ha-2 (HIGH treatment) and unfertilized areas (NO treatment). These doses were applied from 2006 to 2008, but not in 2009 because of continuous flooding. All leaves of C. acuta were hypostomatic. At Hamr, the average stomatal densities were 724 {$\pm$} 88 mm-2 and 820 {$\pm$} 130 mm-2 on the lower side of leaves of unfertilizer and fertilized plants respectively. At Záblatské louky, the average stomatal densities were 872{$\pm$}114 mm-2 and 849{$\pm$}125 mm-2 on the lower side of the leaves of unfertilizer and fertilized plants, respectively.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to appreciate the current situation and market position of the building company Milan Hodboď through analysis of external environment. For analyse of external environment I used STEP analyse and Porter´s model of five powers. STEP analyse detects effects from macroenvironment (social and cultural, technical and technological, economic, political and legislative). Porter´s model five forces studies microenvironment (new competition, customers, suppliers, substitutes and the competition).
