Detached family house with design studio

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached house with a design office at a level of documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors, covered with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement is based on a hidden formwork while the constructions of above-ground floors are designed to be from polished bricks Porotherm 30 Profi with thin layer of mortar for binding. The ceilings are from monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing above the ground floor consists of an extensive green roof arch crossing the adjusted terrain. The design of the building respects the urban planning regulations of Vrbovec, puts an emphasis on the layout design from architectural and structural viewpoints, nonetheless also in terms of energy savings and safety in use of the building.

The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for the family house. This is a two-storey brick building with partial basement, which is in flat terrain. Roofing over 2.NP is constructed of double-shell roof over the garage and is designed with a flat roof terrace. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. The proces layout allows a comfortable living for a family 4-5 members.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a low-energy detached house. The house is designed as two storey basementless wooden building with a pitched roof. The 4 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 3-5 family members. The object includes a wooden warehouse for garden furniture and other tools. The warehouse which is connected by an one-car garage to the detached house. The architectural expression is to be a two matters interpenetration of a standard plaster and a stone facing. The two materials create an L-shape. The entrance which is shaded by the garage shelter is situated in the western part of the house. After the vestibule there is a living room connected with a kitchen. If turned right there is a technical room and WC. From the South-East oriented living room there is a contact with a garden which may be entered by a terrace via a french window. The second storey is reachable via a cranked flight of stairs. The second story layout is simply designed with a focus on an utility while respecting the cardinal directions. There are two children rooms which will be split by a soft wall in the future. The parent bedroom includes its own dressing room and bathroom. There is a bedroom, single WC and dressing room for the children. All of the bedrooms ar enterable form the hall and have southern-west view. The structure is to be from timber bearing boards that are also noise and heat insulants. The house shell is also covered by heat insulations. The structure is designed as a timber beam structure. The roof is supported by nailed timber trusses while respecting an over-rafter heat insulation. The warehouse and the garage shelter have their own not-to-be-walked flat roof.

This is a detached family house with a office. The building has two floors without cellar. In the ground floor is entrance hall, WC, living room with dining room and kitchen, room for guests, bathroom with WC and garage, technical room and separate office with technical facilities and bathroom with WC. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom with dressing room and two bathrooms, in one bathroom is WC. On the second floor is entry to green roof. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system Velox with contact insulation system in lost planking. The roof is flat, onesheel. Built-up area is 272,2 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Green roofs.

The main goal of this paper is to make project for realization of building according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for making constructions. Object of the project is a new building of house with establishment. Residential part of the house is designed for five-membered family. Establishment will be used as a massage salon. The house is detached in current housing development. It has two aboveground floors and it is cellarless. Roof construction of the second aboveground floor consists of gabled wooden trusses. Related establishment is roofed by single-coated flat roof. Object is determined for year-long occupation. Design documentation was realized using AutoCAD software.

The main topic of the bachelor project is renovation of the row house. The plot exists in Brno- Židenice district, the house is a part of row structure, the streets with row houses create blocks. The goal of the work is renovation and extension of the building in order to create modern living unit while keeping the authentic character of the house. The building has three levels, one of them is under ground. The house has a living in the attic. The roof is a combination of flat and double pitched roof. The double pitched roof is original. Main entrance of the house is on the east side of the building, the dwelling unit is designed for family of four members. The essential purpose of the renovation was to open the house and the flat into the garden, thus expanding the floor area via extension of the house. The project consists of documentation, plans and detail design documentation of the building.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a detached house design with business premises. It is a new building of an isolated house with a flat roof construction in the town Dobříš, in the Bratří Čapků Street. The designed detached house is for 4 persons; it has two aboveground floors and a garage with parking for one car on the ground floor. The house is divided in two operational units; the detached house and the business premises. The business premises will serve as a financial advisors’ office. Ferroconcrete pillars form the vertical supporting construction; ferroconcrete ceiling plates and ferroconcrete beams create the horizontal supporting construction. Beam filling is from aerated concrete blocks Ytong. The sheathing of the ventilated façade is from Alucobond desks.

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is newly built family house including engineers office located in Roztoky. The building is divided into two parts. First part is two-story residential section. This section is isolated from public road by the second part. Second part is single-storey openspace oficce with separated headquarters and meeting room. The building is designed as a structure to be built from cut brick units with ceramic ceiling structures. The buildings roof is flat construction and it is designed to serve also as terrace on single-storey part of the house. Building land is slightly sloping down from the public road. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.
