Dog Shelter with Veterinary Facilities

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. Determining the Difference in Garage Prices in Olomouc

This thesis focuses on assessing the differences in prices of garages in various areas of the town of Olomouc. To state the differences two methods were used: the cost-based appraising method and the comparative method. In addition, market price were stated and compared to the administrative one. There were fifteen garages selected for the purpose of this text. In the first part of this work basic concepts are defined. The following part is descriptive and brings the town of Olomouc into focus. Further on, particular ways of appraising are explained. Next, the selected garages are introduced and appraised. In conclusion, based on given facts, the factors influencing prices of garages are assessed as well as the causes of discrepancies between prices stated with the use of different methods.

Residential differentiation of socio-economic classes - the case study of the city Prague

The social inequality is one of the most discussed problem in today's world. Inequality among different socioeconomic classes are also reflected in the character of today's cities. Residential segregation is a spatial form of social inequality in the area of towns. Spatial differentiation is the process which caused spatial segregation of different groups of inhabitants. The spatial differentiation has not only negative effects on the condition of towns and population, but also the experience with segregated poor ghettoes and deprivated neighborhoods in American cities shows how important this urban phenomena could be if we do not pay enough attention to it. The thesis in theoretical part outlines the context, causes, typology and possible consequences of the residential segregation in cities, there are also described policy preventive precautions. The paper is inspired by the American school of urban sociology, together with comparison of the environment of European and American cities. The second part is dedicated to the methodological discussion about the most useful tools to measure and identify segregation. Pastoral significance of Congregation of Comforters from Getseman´s effect at pilgrims´place Klokoty at the town Tábor

My work deals with pastoral activities of z Gethseman´s comforters at Saint Mary´s pilgrimage in Klokoty in Tábor. The arrival of a new Slavic religious order in the spiritual administration into this pilgrimage had the giant importance for its spiritual and architectural development. The first stage of comforters´pastoral activities at Klokoty finishes with the liquidation of menś monasteries in 1950. The second stage starts with Congregation activities after almost twenty years in 1969. Comforters tried hard to restore the glory of this pilgrimage place in Klokoty in the way of spiritual and building work until 1993 when the last Klokoty´s comforter died. Agency of this congregation is closed in the Czech republic in 2010.

TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV

Design of the town house in Přerov is created with respect to buildings in the immediate vicinity or the general character of the whole city and urban waterfront. The house is mainly for local people, not just an attraction. Considering the utilization the building offers less than four floors of residential space and administrative space. In back part of the plot and parterre area there is place for city amenities. The concept aimed to create a building that is first of all fully operational, with a predetermined program for local residents. House observes the street line and composition responds to the buildings in its vicinity. The arris of the house has the height accent but it does not contrasty exceed the surrounding buildings.

Usage of Open Source Software in the Czech Public Administration

This thesis deals with problems of open source software and its usage in an organization. The thesis is divided into three main parts; first of them describes the definiton, history, characteristic and actual offer of open source software; second part moves us to the Public Administration world, where it surveys stage of implementation of open source software in some countries around the world and in the Czech Republic especially; third part uses gained finding from the previous parts to design application architecture to particular conditions of The University of Economics, Prague. First of the main goals of this thesis is to analyse possibilities of implementation of open source software instead of closed software. Next one is to chart the state of implementation of this type of software into Public Administration field in the Czech Republic and abroad. Last objective is to project application architecture with usage of open source software to particular condition of The University of Economics, Prague. These goals was achieved by studying many information resources, discussions with specialist, including of representatives of the state, about the given topics, and further analyse of current conditions of The University of Economics, Prague. Benefits of this thesis are especially compact view on open source software, further the survey of opinions of representatives of state, representatives of towns and next specialists on this type of software a its possibilities of usage in public administration. Last but not least benefit is to desing the application architecture to particular, rather complex, environment of The University of Economics, Prague.

Administrative Expreses and local charges

The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze the administrative costs in the selection of local charges in the town of Vranov nad Dyjí. The theoretical-methodological section explains the various terms relating to local charges, their law, the issue of generally binding regulations of local fees and taxes and administrative fees. It also defines the administrative costs and their measurement, and then describes the methodology used in the research of Krbová, Peková and Krbová, Rousek. In the introduction to the practical part the procedure of the analysis of administrative costs is described. There is the characteristic of a small town and the review of the charges levied in the period 2006 -- 2008 with the profit figure. Furtermore, there in the analysis of administrative costs for local charges carried out according to the method chosen. The result is the findings of charge effectivenessy, ie, whether the income of all charges levied by the town exceeds the administrative costs.

The development of cross-border cooperation of the Region of South Bohemia, the Free State of Bavaria, Upper and Lower Austria with a focus on Strategy for removal of consequences of the Iron Curtain.

The author of the bachelor thesis is going to handle with the development of the Region of South Bohemia, Free State of Bavaria and Upper and Lower Austria cross-border cooperation. The thesis concerns general problematic of cross-border cooperation, its historic development in the frame of the respective timeframe, concerning period from the year 1948 up to nowadays, further the projects administrated by the Region of South Bohemia and its neighbouring regions as well as the planning projects, not yet implemented. Introduction of The Strategy for Removing The Impacts of The Iron Curtain in the separate chapter enables deeper insight into the strategy as well as into its future utilization. Moreover, the author made questionnaire research among the citizens living in the border towns of the Region of South Bohemia that might feel the impacts of the iron curtain the most. In the conclusion of the thesis the author creates conclusions from the carried research and confirms or disputed the assumption of the thesis.

THE BUILDING IS SITUATED IN THE TOWN OF PLANA NAD LUZNICI, NEAR THE TOWN TABOR. THE OBJECT DOES NOT HAVE UNDERGROUND FLOORS AND HAS TWO FLOORS. THE BUILDING AND GARAGE ARE COVERED BY A FLAT GREEN ROOF WITH EXTENSIVE VEGETATION.

This Diploma thesis deals with the solution of project documentation for the new Suzuki car showroom building. The proposed object is situated in region of Nitra in Topolcany district, located in suburb part of Topolcany town. The car showroom is designed as a building consisting from the car shop - showroom and the services for Suzuki automobiles. The car shop - showroom is designed as the operation for car sales and the administration part on the second floor. This part of the building is covered with warm flat roof. The second part of the object - Car service is a one-floor building covered with wood, truss purlin constructure in the shape of a saddle roof and in inclination of 9 degrees. The supporting construction of the building consist from cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame in the showroom part and from masonry system Ytong system in other parts of the building.
