The German government trying to support economic growth decided to use foreign labour force as a less dangerous option for the future. The second option was to allow the admission of foreign capital investments. However, the project which should have been controlled by the migration policy and should enable the foreign workers to satisfy the demand of the German labour market has not met the expectations.
