Keywords: HIV/AIDS, infection disease, prevention, therapy, moral theology, Christian Values The goal of the dissertation is to give some informations on ethics problems connecting with HIV/AIDS infection.Partly informing about these problems, partly solving these problems. The first chapter describes illness, its origin and history, statistic dates in the world and in our country, the way of the transmission, diagnostic and therapy of this disease and prevention. In the following part the problem of serological examination is analysed and also some problems around information about of this disease, about nursing problems and ethics aspect of HIV therapy. The right of the positive persons to get married and to give birth to a child is discussed. Finally, problematics of disease's acquirement, the process of dying and death is also discussed. I tis all reflected throw the catholic moral theology.

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat a vyhodnotit celkovou úroveň webových stránek vybraných českých bank. Za tímto účelm je vytvořen co nejvíce objektivní a komplexní způsob hodnocení internetových prezentací. Který je později postupně aplikován na všechny internetové prezentace dotyčných bank. V závěru je provedeno krátké porovnání daných prezentací a jejich vyhodnocení. Na analýzu jsou použity webové stránky těchto čtyř českých bank: Česká spořitelna a.s., Komerční banka a.s., eBanka a.s. a HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s.

Návrh veletržní prezentace Mendelovy univerzity v Brně na veletrhu Gaudeamus

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to create a suitable trade fair presentation for Mendel University in order to assist long-term promotional opportunities and to achieve established goals. The first section describes trade fairs and exhibitions as a field of study. The second section sets goals, analyzes results of market research, explores the Gaudeamus trade fair at Brno and the history our university has participating in the fair. Then thesis suggests a recommended presentation with ideas for years to come.

Implementace nástroje pro analýzu přístupů k webové prezentaci založeného na technologii OLAP

Cílem této práce je vytvořit aplikaci vhodnou pro měření návštěvnosti webových prezentací založenou na standardní OLAP databázi. V první kapitole práce se zaměřuji na získání teoretických podkladů, ze kterých vychází funkční požadavky na aplikaci. Součástí těchto požadavků je výběr nejdůležitějších ukazatelů návštěvnosti, které budou v aplikaci dostupné a popis datových zdrojů, které jsou k odvozování ukazatelů použity. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na popis použité technologie - OLAP. Třetí kapitola obsahuje vlastní popis tvorby aplikace. Výsledkem práce je návrh aplikace, která je využitelná pro sběr, ukládání a analýzu dat vzniklých při interakci webové prezentace s webovým prohlížečem a která je založená na otevřených volně dostupných komponentách.

Communication between applications will provide a program that will be part of the package.

Multimedia presentation of organization

This thesis summarize knowledge of the range of multimedia, their definition and use in presentations. For this purpose it prepares guidelines established as appropriate for designing and creating presentations. It lays down rules to be observed due to the different purposes and forms of presentation in the organization. The acquired knowledge is summarized in the model demonstrated a multimedia presentation created in Adobe InDesign.

Debugging of Programs

This bachelor thesis should be used as a study material for students of introductory courses of programming 4IT101 - Introduction to Programming and 4IT115 - Fundamentals of Software Engineering at the University of Economics, Prague. Whole thesis is about debugging. Theoretical part explains how bugs occur in source code and how to categorize, find and fix them. Several techniques of debugging are introduced with special concern for debuggers, which are essential tools for debugging and nowadays, they're integrated in practically every development environment. Theoretical part can be used as an introduction to debugging issues and it should be useful for students of both courses mentioned above. Practical part of this thesis focuses on description of debuggers in development environments BlueJ and NetBeans. Acquired knowledge should be useful also for programmers using Eclipse because its debugger works similarly. This part can be used as a handbook that helps students and beginners to quickly start using this strong and useful tool.

This master's thesis is concerned with space virtualization in relation to internet apartment sales as represented by the developer company Finep CZ a.s. . Through an analysis of works of the representatives of the philosophy of media it aims to describe the unequal character of the interaction between the web designers and the web users, when the first one, designing virtual spaces, structures the experience of the second, as the designed virtual spaces embody assumed images of what the potentional clients would like rather than the "real" space.

Macromedia Flash Technology and Its (Practical) Application

V oblasti internetu je Macromedia Flash světovým standardem pro tvorbu a distribuci interaktivního a multimediálního obsahu. Touto technologií můžeme vytvářet fascinující internetové prezentace, účinné reklamní kampaně, obchodní aplikace, výukové kurzy, on-line hry či interaktivní video. Flash dnes používá přes jeden milión vývojářů, kteří svými produkty mohou ihned oslovit více než 500 miliónů uživatelů internetu po celém světě. Rozšířenost na velké množství platforem umožňuje Flash aplikace přímo spouštět na osobních i kapesních počítačích s různými operačními systémy nebo mobilních telefonech. Cílem bakalářské práce je tuto technologii představit jak z pozice uživatele, tak z pozice vývojáře. Práce popisuje praktické využití této technologie v oblastech internetových prezentací, her a reklamních bannerů. Poté se zabývá vývojovým prostředím Flashe a popisuje některá specifika práce v tomto programu. Následně stručně popisuje praktický vývoj jedné flashové hry a nakonec přibližuje historický vývoj verzí Flashe a trendy. Přínos této práce spočívá v teoretickém popisu východisek této technologie a v její následné demonstraci na multimediální flashové aplikaci (hře). Tato práce by měla být také přínosem pro všechny se zájmem o tuto oblast a ukázat směr jakým by se měli vydat při komplexním poznávání této technologie.
