Kvalitativní hodnocení ekologicky a konvenčně pěstovaných tykví (Cucurbita maxima Duch.)
Kneblová, Lenka
This graduation thesis was developed at the Department of Vegetable Growing and Floriculture in year 2013/2014. The work solves the issue of the pumpkin production (Cucurbita maxima Duch.) in the system of ecological and conventional production including quality parameter evaluation. The differences in the quality between products coming from organic and conventional agriculture are explained in the literary part. The study also characterizes the ecological production legislative. The theoretical part deals with the description and cultivation of the pumpkins. The experimental part is focused on the evaluation of content substances, such as vitamin C, dry matter, carotenoids. Another of the monitored parameters are color change and weight loss during storage. In the measured parameters were found significant differences in the content of dry matter and discoloration.

65 Years of the Dance Department on the Music and Dance Faculty
Štindlová, Eliška ; Kazárová, Helena (advisor) ; Gremlicová, Dorota (referee)
This work enables the view into the problematic of the Dance Department establishment compared to the whole situation in the Czech dance school system with the main emphasis on the whole concept of study with its nuances and discrepancies. Except from the inventory of the separate specializations and explanation of the basic problematic related to the specializations and their historical evolution, it is possible to familiarise with the collaborative institutions related to the dance department itself. The specification of the individual specializations together with expression of the most important turning points in the history of the Dance Department remains also not aside. Series of short biographies of the people, whom in setting of the Dance Department were awarded the highest academic degrees, are also part of this thesis as well.

Refaktorizace editoru stromů TrEd
Fabian, Peter ; Žabokrtský, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Kruliš, Martin (referee)
Title: Refactoring tree editor TrEd Author: Peter Fabian Department: Institute of Formal and Applied Linguistics Supervisor: doc. Ing. Zdenek Zabokrtsky, Ph.D., Institute of Formal and Applied Linguistics Abstract: The main goal of the thesis was to refactor tree editor TrEd, improve its modularity, maintainability and make its further development less difficult. Static and dynamic analysis of TrEd have been performed in order to help us find acrid spots in the source code. More than 230 subroutines and data structures have been moved between packages, 50 new packages and a test suite with more than 1,300 tests have been created. A new coding style have been chosen for further development and most severe violations of this standard have been fixed. After the changes done on the source code, it have been analyzed again and the results have been compared with the previous state. Keywords: Tree Editor TrEd, Perl, code refactoring, code analysis

Research of organic layers for solar cells
Pečeňa, Rastislav ; Toušek, Jiří (advisor) ; Křivka, Ivo (referee)
Title: Research of organic layers for solar cells Author: Rastislav Pečeňa Department: Department of Macromolecular Physics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Jiří Toušek, CSc., Department of Macromolecular Physics Abstract: The main object of this project is to determine some parameters of polymer layers PPV (poly(p-phenylene vinylene)), which are important for usage of solar cells. We will do that by measuring spectra of surface photovoltage, from which we can get particular parameters of material by their fitting: such as exciton diffusion length, thickness of space charge region (SCR), surface recombination velocity of excited electrons. The dependence shows where material is inducing the highest current density. Some measurements of organic materials enriched with nanoparticles will also take place. It is possible to find an approx. diameter of nanoparticles from spectral dependence of voltage. Keywords: solar cell, diffusion length, nanoparticles, organic layer
