The Development of the Participation's Principle in Milevsko Region for Seniors
JAROŠOVÁ, Markéta
This study is aimed to the participation, particularly to the participation of seniors. In the theoretical part, there is a small description of senescence and old-age as well as the prognosis of the possible demographic development. Furthermore; the significance of gerontology and geriatrics is mentioned, because of the fact that these sciences enabled the creation and development of the fundamental documents focused on seniors' rights and support of elderly population. The very last part of my study is focused on the participation, its forms and possibilities of application. Principles and goals of participation orientated to seniors are also described. Moreover; participation of seniors is compared with the youngster's possibilities to enforce their interests and needs. In the practical part of the study; the aim was to show how villages and cities in Milevsko region support the participation and especially the participation of seniors. There was the research - if and how seniors use possibilities of a co-partnership within the framework of local structures; and (furhermore) if the size of urban places plays important role in supporting citizens' activity.

GUI aplikace pro řešení úlohy z kooperativní teorie her
Cerman, Otto ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Tichá, Michaela (referee)
Occasionally, a part of the budget of a city, company or other entity has to be allocated among its parts in the form of subsidies or other contributions. The main objective of such an entity is to find such a set of criteria and such a set of their relative weights that estimate the expected cost best. The objective of a sub-entity is subsidy maximization by influencing the criteria and their weights. From this reason, the best budget splitting is a relative term. From the mathematical point of view, such a problem belongs to mathematical optimization or mathematical programming. In this thesis, five quantitative methods are presented. Two of them set the weights without the participation of decision makers. The first allocation method is based on multiple-criteria decision-making and the second one on data envelopment analysis. Together with them, a different mathematical model with maximum and minimum weights for the set of criteria is presented. Two its modifications are discussed too. As the only one presented multi-criteria mathematical model is based on maximization of the relative and absolute profit simultaneously. The aim of this work is to study the known mathematical models for subsidy allocation problem, to invent new ones, to choose suitable ones and subsequently to implement the suitable ones into a standalone GUI application created in the Matlab environment. The presented application proposes several allocation possibilities according to different selected models using mathematical functions taken from Matlab. This user-friendly application is executable on common computers and can be used at the Magistrate of the City of Prague as a support tool in voting decision. Moreover, this application can be extended to new methods or program functions. The selected quantitative methods are used for the budget allocation problem among the city districts for real data of the City of Prague. Experimental results are discussed.

Revitalizace kulturních památek v Dolních Počernicích s využitím financí ze strukturálních fondů EU
Holáňová, Andrea ; Tyslová, Irena (advisor) ; Patočka, Jiří (referee)
The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the possibilities and approaches how to renewal cultural relicts which have already lost their use and how to integrate them into a contemporary community. In a theoretical part of the work original requirements for preservation of cultural heritage in the Czech Republic are discussed and individual conceptions concerning this systematic care are presented. Since a main problem is a shortage of financial sources in a culture, a possibilities of utilization of European Union Structural Funds are discussed. The utilization of European Funds simplifies and helps to many subjects to ensure a needed care for monuments. These Structural Funds enable to many villages and cities to carry out such projects which should be hardly ever done without this support. For a practical part of my work I have selected a region of Prague called Dolní Počernice which has been a successful recipient of these European Funds for several years and, on the basis of these Funds, it has already finished many unique projects to preserve and develop cultural assets. Each of these already realized or planned projects is a good example how to improve the life of the people in the region and how to enrich a social and culture life of habitants. In addition, these Funds can help to increase a competitiveness and attractiveness of this region. I believe that these projects are not the final ones but they are only a step for a further development of this part of the Prague.

Foltýnová, Michaela ; Macháčková, Šárka (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The project deals with the study of recreational facilities named Roman spa and sauna world. A new building has been associated with the proposed aquacenter "Water Temple Brno", which is by its character and by the capacity predestined to be a multifunctional main "water world" in Brno. The aim of this study is to design a wellness center that would cover the capacity requirements resulting from population density of the city of Brno, that would architectural and urban correspond with the site, and last but not least, offering a wide range of comfortable services covering the needs of potential customers. As a result, it was suggested modern wellness center, does not disturb the landscape construction sites, understated building that more than itself prefers landscape scenery around and its design slightly underscores the balance between nature and human work planted in it.

Multifunctional house
Vaňková, Ivana ; Ondroušek, Michal (referee) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
This master thesis deals with study of area, which is intended for construction of apartments building and public facilities. Four building are projected with visually connection by a covered parking place. There are three apartments building and one multifunctional building. The aim of this master thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of new multifunctional house in the area of the city Uherský Brod. In the first floor is designed café, which has its own entrance. In the second part of the floor is household equipment and utility room, which also has a separate entrance from outside. In the second to fourth floor is ten housing units of different sizes. Ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof. The drawing part of this master thesis is processed in AutoCAD.

The development of property taxation in the Czech Republic
Krylová, Kateřina ; Láchová, Lenka (advisor) ; Kouba, Tomáš (referee)
The thesis analyses the progression of property tax income during 2009 to 2015 in the chosen cities in the Czech Republic. The property taxes are divided into the tax on land and the tax on the buildings. I have chosen for my analysis some cities in the Pardubice region: Litomyšl, Lanškroun, Moravská Třebová, Vysoké Mýto, Ústí nad Orlicí and Česká Třebová. The partial aim of the work is to analyse the enforcement of the coefficients in the cities, with the impact of tax income, then to calculate the increase of income with applied coefficients.
