On the basis of this analyses there are carried out the measurements and recommendations for improving the stability and profitability ot the company TIPA, Ltd. Finaly it is intended to use these analyses to improve the company´s position in the market.

The goal of study was to analyze the internal and external environment of the food industry production company. For this purpose was choosen company Biogena CB Ltd., which is engaged mainly of production, packaging and sale of herbal, fruit and real teas. Due to the set goal has been defined by the current situation of the company using applied analysis. Were determined threats and opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. Was also designed strategy to improve the situation of the company in a competitive environment.

The evaluation of an impact of subsidies on a prosperity and calculations of agricultural companies in the czech republic

The principal aim of this thesis is to investigate the possible impacts of governmental interventions on the agricultural sector in the Czech Republic in order to propose possible deductions and identify possible gaps. Focus will be placed on the research results of a selected group of companies. Firstly, the most significant subsidies are outlined along with a brief overview of their acquisition. This is followed by an analysis of ratios and correlation coefficients of accounting information obtained from concrete agricultural companies in order to pinpoint possible connections with the aforementioned subsidies and their consequential governmental impact. Thesis also summarizes discussion between economists and offers its own logical deductions and explicates results of the analysis dealing with questionable topics.

The valuation of „PEGAS NONWOVENS SA“ company

The aim of the thesis is to determine the intrinsic value of the shares of Pegas Nonwovens SA,which is traded in the SPAD on the Prague Stock Exchange. The work begins by analyzing the causes of fluctuations in share prices and trying to capture the causes of these price fluctuations. The relationship between stock index and stock Pegas in long term helps to detect beta coefficient, which is used o calculate the cost of equity. In determining the intrinsic value of shares it is proceeded in five steps. First, it is characterized the macro and micro enviroment, in which the company operates. Subsequently, from the financial statements I tried to assess main trends through analysis of standard ratios and on the basis of that I defined the so-called "value drivers". All these collected data gave me presumption for most likely prognosis of development, i.e. business plan, which is quantified via pro forma financial statements. The fourth step was to calculate free cash flow to shareholders (FCFE) and in the final step it was discounted to find out the present value of equity/one share.

Analyses of the competitiveness of the company

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness analyses of the company. On the basis of acquired informatics I carried out financial analyses of the company. This part of my thesis covers the company´s assets and liabilities, the value of woodland, receivables, cost and profits. I was also interested in the area of the human resource managemenent. For analyses of HR I used the checklist examination for gaining useful information. On the basis of the results I carried out a SWOT analyses and beside the evaluation of the internal environment I realized the evaluation of the external environment by means of the Step analyses and the other methods.

Effectiveness of non-profit organizations

This bachelor thesis focuses on different factors of effectiveness of non-profit organizations. Three different analyses were made to compare effectiveness of two non-profit organizations. The analyses compare financial situation, managerial activities in both organizations and public opinions about them. This comparison shows that there are some important factors which have an impact on a success of non-profit organizations.

The market valuation of company (Akord -- building and business company, ltd.)

The graduation theses is concerned with the market valuation of company Akord -- building and business company, ltd. The valuation was made through the DCF method in the version EVA and through the DCF method in the version FCFF. Before the valuation I elaborated the strategy and financial analyses, that are basis of financial program processing which is important to calculation of the free cash flows needed to the process of valuation.
