Risk analysis in the area of employee benefits

Risk analysis is becoming an integral part of the planning and projections for the companies. It is important for the companies to regularly carry these analysesout, identify the risk early enough and have the possibility to eliminate these risks and, where appropriate, to define action plans. This diploma thesis deals with risk analysis in the area of employee benefits. Theoretical part defines the key concepts linked with this issue including description of the methods that will be used for risk analysis in the field of employment risks. Practical part of the thesis includes employee benefits in selected company and using benefits relating to the taxation system. In this area are applied selected methods for risk analysis and also there are defined risks arising from the used analysis with simulated reflection in the calculation and taxation of the wages. Thesis conclusion proposes actions to reduce or fully eliminate risks in the area of employee benefits.

This Master’s thesis deals with the process of employee evaluation in the company GEOtest, a.s. In the first part of the thesis are defined all the necessary theoretical findings needed to formulate proposals for the society. Practical part includes particular information about the company GEOtest, a.s. and the analysis of the current state of evaluation. Furthermore, the new concept of the system of evaluation in accordance with the corporate needs is presented, including the link up of the system and recommendation for its implementation.

Remuneration system of employees in a particular enterprise.

This thesis examines the remuneration system in the company. The aim is to characterize the instruments used to evaluate employees and suggest possible changes. The theoretical part explains important terminology, which is then used in the practical part. The practical part deals with the characteristics of enterprise, description of specific remuneration system and the questionnaire survey of employees. Employees were given a questionnaire with ten questions. Most employees were friendly and willing to fill in the questionnaires. The questionnaire contains questions focused on job satisfaction of employees. Another aim is to determine whether employees are adequately informed of all the instruments used in rewarding system of this enterprise. The thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations for improving the remuneration system in the company X. Company wishes to remain anonymous.

Career Management in Relation to the Employee Appraisal System in a chosen Organization

The aim of the bachelor thesis on career management in relation to the employee appraisal system in chosen organization was to determine the current situation and the subsequent build career plan together with the evaluation system in the production planning department. The theoretical part provides basic definitions and assumptions and practical part starts with a description of XY, Ltd. and is followed by a chapter which deals with design career plan.

The asssessment and remuneration of employees in public administration compared to private sector

This thesis deals with the assessment and remuneration of employees, which is used by the public and private sectors. First, there is described the legal regulation related to the issue, both at a general level, focusing primarily on the Labour Code and relevant additional standards, as well as the specifics of the legislation applicable to the remuneration of public employees. The description is then devoted to the topic of assessment and remuneration, which describes the principles and methods of these systems, again in general terms and then with the specifics of public administration. On a practical level, there is an analysis of systems of specific public institution, the office of the Municipal District of the Capital City of Prague - Prague 3, which is then compared with the system used by the private company. The result of this analysis and comparison is providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of assessment and remuneration tools.

Human resources management in state public enterprise and state administration

This diploma thesis deals with chosen views of human resources management in present state administration and state public enterprise. It is focusing principally on current system that plans needs of employees, their recruitment, adaptation process of new received employees and the Czech Post Office education in České Budějovice. The research via questionnaire was used as the fundamental method for gaining required information of human resources management. Data were analyzed separately for each organization. The further information were gained by the interview, which was not standardized, with the human resources manager of the Czech Post Office. The principal aim was an analysis of procedures and methods of personal work. Further it was investigated how the personal politics operates within the Czech Post Office and Municipal Office nowadays. The next theme was the position of human resources management in our society. Finally there is a proposal for conditions enhancement within some activities of state public enterprise and state administration.

Payroll system in the selected company

The aim of this thesis is analyzing of payroll system of concrete company. On the basis of informations obtained I want to suggest the changes in payroll system of this concrete company. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on legislative adjustment, characteristic of employment and different types of payoffs. In practical part we will find the characteristic and analyze of payroll system of chosen company. This analysis is focused on basic wage, variable component of wage and employee's benefits. The avarage wage in this company is compared with the avarage wage in the same business branch. There are also suggested changes that leads to cost savings, especially increasing utilization of employee's benefits.

Abstract Válková, M. Evaluation the economic impact of employees fluctuation in the New Yorker company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2014. This bachelor thesis is focused mainly on turnover rate of employees and the eco-nomic impact of it in New Yorker company. The first part deals with staff turnover in general. It explains the basic concept of fluctuation, its main causes and positive also negative impacts. It also describes human resources planning and its impact on employee turnover. The practical part describes the company and its personnel planning. In addition, staff turnover in the company in the years 2008 -- 2013 and its impact on the economic situation of the company. A survey of employee satisfaction is used to conclude suggestions and recommendations to reduce staff turnover in the company.

Production planning and buying of material in the company Otavan Třeboň a. s.

The main objective of my work was the analysis of the steps from obtaining contracts to production. At the beginning of my work I have to understand how clothing company work and very useful were my visits of the company and personal contact with the employees. For processing the theoretical part I used literature and some Internet source which contains data about the problematic of my work. In practical part I describe each step which has to firm complete from obtain the contract to start manufacturing process. At the end of my work I write evaluation of my work and describe suggestion to improve.
