Vliv daně z příjmu na finanční hospodaření podniku

Počítám dan z příjmu fyzických a právnických osob. Prokazuji vliv daně z příjmu na velikost a právní formu podniku, zdaněnou rentabilitu celkového kapitálu, na mzdy a daňové odpisy. Zároveň nasťiňuji daňovou reformu a zkoumám její dopady na poplatníky. Nastiňuji možný vývoj daně z příjmu - rovnou daň, daňovou asignaci, zrušení daně z příjmu právnické osoby a jejich vliv na jednotlivé subjekty.

Stavovské povstání je v české historiografii tématem hodně oblíbeným. Není se čemu divit, lidé mají rádi příběhy hrdinské a za stavovským vzdorem stojí notná dávka kuráže a hrdinství. Proto je důležité nazírat povstání jako dílo skupiny rozdílných individualit, osob jedinečných svým charakterem, pozicí, ideou ale i lidskými slabostmi. Nejednalo se o homogenní, svornou masu stavovských zástupců, ale o osoby s různými názory a cíly. Proto je tedy potřebné věnovat pozornost jeho jednotlivým původcům. Osoba Martina Fruweina je v české historiografii opomijena. Neprávem. Je pravda, že se na první pohled nejedná o tak atraktivní postavu jako je Jindřich Matyáš Thurn nebo Václav Budovec. Vždyť Martin Fruwein z Podolí byl pouhý měšťan, ale zato velmi schopný muž, kterému důvěřovaly hned tři direktorské vlády po sobě. Jeho právnické hbitosti a přehledu využívali stavové po celé období let 1618-1620. Cílem této práce je poukázat na význam jeho, neprávem opomíjené, osobnosti, aby již nebyl znám jen svým pádem do Jeleního příkopu. V žádném případě se nejedná o práci vyčerpávající, je jasné, že mi mnohé prameny zůstaly bezpečně skryty. Prozatím. Auto-stylization in the Work of Bohumil Hrabal

Zabývali jsme se autostylizaci, jejími typy i funkcemi, abychom došli k autostylizaci u Bohumila Hrabala. Venovali jsme se životu Bohumila Hrabala a mýtu, který skrze jeho dílo proniká na povrch a stává se soucástí Hrabalova životopisu. Zjistili jsme, že autostylizace je nezbytnou soucástí Hrabalova díla, že práve pres autostylizaci Bohumil Hrabal vytvárí mýtus o své osobe. Tento mýtus pak prebírají i ruzní literáti, kterí se životem i dílem Bohumila Hrabala ve svých textech zabývali. Hrabalovu mystifikaci vlastní osoby Tomáš Mazal prisuzuje Hrabalovu stárí a prirovnává ji k "problémum", které mela Hrabalova matka Marie Hrabalová se svou pametí. "Jestliže zestárlá Marie Hrabalová už rozeznávala a oddelovala od sebe to, co hrála, a to, co žila, jen s velkou námahou, pak zestárlý Bohumil Hrabal na tom nebyl lépe. Vždyt i on pnbehy a události, které se staly jemu, casto vkládal (nejen literaturou) do úst jiným, a události i pnbehy jiných nechával prožít sám sebe. "

Criminal Analysis of Czech Republic

Společnost rozlišuje několik protiprávních činů, nejzávažnější z nich je trestný čin. Vlastnosti, které musí každý trestný čin splňovat, se nazývají znaky skutkové podstaty. Aby byl pachatel trestně postihnutelný za spáchání trestného činu, musí být zletilý a v době spáchání trestného činu příčetný. Za spáchaný trestný čin, který byl pachateli řádným soudem dokázán, je možno udělit jen přesně zákonem stanovený trest. Práce výstižně analyzuje časové řady osob stíhaných za určitou skupinu trestných činů. Zaměřuje se především na odhad trendu v těchto skupinách a následně na prognózu budoucnosti. Zpracovávány a analyzovány jsou i časové řady počtu objasněných trestných činů. Práce též mapuje kriminalitu, resp. stíhané osoby, v krajích ČR.

Analýza strukturální nezaměstnanosti v České republice

Obsahem práce je analýza vývoje stukturální nezaměstnanosti v ČR od roku 1989. Tato nabývá na významu zejména v posledních letech v souvislosti s prodlužující se délkou nezaměstnanosti osob a taktéž i v souvislosti s dlouhodobě odlišnými mírami nezaměstnanosti v jednotlivých regionech. Cílem práce bylo taktéž dokázat, že některé skupiny osob jsou touto nezaměstnaností více ohroženi (osoby se ZPS, Rómové, vězni).

Taxation of income resulting from employment and emoluments

This text deals with taxation of incomes of subordinate aktivity. This text is divided into seven chapters. In the Introduction is described aims and method of achievement. The aims is attention to breaking of duty some emplyers, result of their action and possibilities of remedy. The first chapter focuses on explain the term of income tax, position in systém of taxes in the Czech Republic. This chapter compares income tax with another payments to public budget and records historic development income tax in our area. The second chapter desribes the main and the secondary signs of income tax. The main signs are subject, object, ground, rate and due of tax. The secondary signs are liberation of tax, tax-free parts of tax and abatement of tax. The third chapter describes rights and duties tax-payers in the cases applying abatements of tax, applying tax-free parts of tax and presentation of tax return. The fourth chapter given information on duties of eployers. This duties refer to advance payments and their annual clearing and another duties along § 38j Tax Law. The fifth chapter practic demostrates problems with the breaking of duties emplyers. They are described the results of breaking of duties employers. Osoby se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce

Cílem diplomové práce je určení příčin vysoké nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižení, zjištění zkušeností úřadu práce a zaměstnavatelů se zdravotně postiženými a zjištění motivace zdravotně postižených pracovat. Teoretická část je věnována fungování trhu práce a rizikům, které vytváří, vývoji nezaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených, politice EU zaměřené na zdravotně postižené dostupnosti společenských zdrojů pro zdravotně postižené a konkrétním nástrojům politiky zaměstnanosti ČR směřované na zdravotně postižené. Analytická část se zabývá zpracováním dotazníkového šetření, které bylo uskutečněno v šumperském regionu v červenci a srpnu 2006. Tohoto šetření se zúčastnily celkem 4 skupiny respondentů ? úřad práce, zaměstnavatelé, nezaměstnané a zaměstnané osoby se zdravotním postižením.

Conflict of roles of a mother and a student in female students of ZSF JU

This thesis is focused on women who have the social role of a mother together with the role of a student. The content of this thesis consists of four main areas, namely: social roles, conflict, family and education. The aim is to survey the subjective perception of the conflict of roles of a mother and a student in the female students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. To carry out the survey I chose a target file consisting of 10 combined-form third-year students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, who are also mothers. I focused on the intrapsychical experience of women in the given conflict and psychological and psychosomatic consequences which might be caused by the conflict. In the thesis I set up three research questions and using the qualitative research I have tried to find the answers. The method used in the qualitative research is interrogation and the technique is the semi-structured interview. At the interview the information was obtained in the face-to-face interaction. As a feedback to the questions I got verbal and nonverbal responses. The results of the research questions: The first research question is: "Is study a voluntary decision of a mother or is it the need required by the job?" The outcome is that in 7 out of 10 respondents this is a voluntary decision, which is most commonly associated with a professional development and the need for self-realization. In 1 respondent this is an employment-related necessity what makes her study, she is motivated to maintain her present job and work post. In 1 respondent studying is a voluntary decision also connected with the necessity associated with her employment. The second research question is: "What specific restrictions do female students perceive as a result of their parallel roles of mothers and students?" The outcomes show that 8 out of 10 respondents feel stressed as a result of a lack of the time devoted to family, which is caused by their studies. They are forced to shift their responsibilities to other caregivers. 1 respondent feels stressed because she is not able to do everything at 100 per cent. 1 respondent stated that she did not feel any restrictions. The third research question is: "How is the conflict of the both roles expressed in subjective psychosocial and psychosomatic aspects?" The result is that in all 10 respondents psychosocial problems are present. 9 out of 10 respondents stated psychosomatic disturbances. These results inform about possible psychosocial and psychosomatic consequences caused by the conflict between the roles of a mother and a student. Individual approach to these women could mitigate the problem. In my thesis I have described a social issue and based on the obtained outcomes I have drawn the hypothesis that the role of a mother and a student causes an intrapsychical conflict to women.
