[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ženy, které zastávají sociální roli matky a zároveň studentky. Obsah práce tvoří čtyři základní okruhy a to: sociální role, konflikt, rodina a vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zmapovat subjektivní vnímání konfliktu role matky a role studentky u studentek Zdravotně sociální fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Pro výzkum jsem si zvolila cílový soubor, který tvoří 10 studentek 3. ročníku Zdravotně sociální fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích v kombinované formě studia, které jsou zároveň matkami. Zaměřila jsem na intrapsychické prožívání žen ve stanoveném problému konfliktu a psychosociální a psychosomatické důsledky, které může konflikt způsobit. V bakalářské práci jsem stanovila tři výzkumné otázky, na které hledám odpovědi pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Použitou metodou v kvalitativním výzkumu je dotazování a technikou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Při rozhovoru byly vyžadované informace získávány v přímé interakci s respondentkou tváří v tvář. Na kladené otázky jsem měla zpětnou verbální i neverbální reakci. Výsledky výzkumných otázek: První výzkumná otázka zní: ?Je studium dobrovolným rozhodnutím matky nebo se jedná o nutnost spojenou se zaměstnáním?? Výsledkem je, že 7 respondentek z 10 odpovědělo, že se jedná o dobrovolné rozhodnutí, které je nejčastěji spojené s profesionálním rozvojem a potřebou seberealizace. U 1 respondentky se jedná o nutnost spojenou se zaměstnáním, tedy je zde přítomna motivace udržení si zaměstnání a pracovního postu. U 1 respondentky se jedná o dobrovolné rozhodnutí propojené také s nutností spojenou se zaměstnáním. Druhá výzkumná otázka zní: ? Jaká konkrétní omezení vnímají respondentky jako důsledek souběžně vykonávaných rolí matky a studentky?? Výsledkem je, že pro 8 respondentek z 10 je jednoznačným omezením nedostatek času, který nemohou věnovat rodině kvůli studiu, a to jim způsobuje stres. Jsou nuceny přesouvat své povinnosti na jiné pečující osoby. 1 respondentka cítí omezení v nemožnosti dělat vše na 100 %. 1 respondentka uvádí, že nepociťuje žádné omezení. Třetí výzkumná otázka zní: ?Jak se subjektivně konflikt role matky a studentky projevuje z psychosociálního a psychosomatického hlediska?? Výsledkem je, že u všech 10 respondentek se vyskytují psychosociální problémy. 9 respondentek z 10 uvádí psychosomatické potíže. Tyto výsledky informují o možných psychosociálních a psychosomatických důsledcích způsobené konfliktem mezi rolí matky a studentky. Může tak být zlepšen individuální přístup k těmto ženám. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem popsala sociální problém a na základě získaných výsledků jako výslednou hypotézu vyvozuji, že role matky a studentky způsobuje ženám intrapsychický konflikt.This thesis is focused on women who have the social role of a mother together with the role of a student. The content of this thesis consists of four main areas, namely: social roles, conflict, family and education. The aim is to survey the subjective perception of the conflict of roles of a mother and a student in the female students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. To carry out the survey I chose a target file consisting of 10 combined-form third-year students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, who are also mothers. I focused on the intrapsychical experience of women in the given conflict and psychological and psychosomatic consequences which might be caused by the conflict. In the thesis I set up three research questions and using the qualitative research I have tried to find the answers. The method used in the qualitative research is interrogation and the technique is the semi-structured interview. At the interview the information was obtained in the face-to-face interaction. As a feedback to the questions I got verbal and nonverbal responses. The results of the research questions: The first research question is: "Is study a voluntary decision of a mother or is it the need required by the job?" The outcome is that in 7 out of 10 respondents this is a voluntary decision, which is most commonly associated with a professional development and the need for self-realization. In 1 respondent this is an employment-related necessity what makes her study, she is motivated to maintain her present job and work post. In 1 respondent studying is a voluntary decision also connected with the necessity associated with her employment. The second research question is: "What specific restrictions do female students perceive as a result of their parallel roles of mothers and students?" The outcomes show that 8 out of 10 respondents feel stressed as a result of a lack of the time devoted to family, which is caused by their studies. They are forced to shift their responsibilities to other caregivers. 1 respondent feels stressed because she is not able to do everything at 100 per cent. 1 respondent stated that she did not feel any restrictions. The third research question is: "How is the conflict of the both roles expressed in subjective psychosocial and psychosomatic aspects?" The result is that in all 10 respondents psychosocial problems are present. 9 out of 10 respondents stated psychosomatic disturbances. These results inform about possible psychosocial and psychosomatic consequences caused by the conflict between the roles of a mother and a student. Individual approach to these women could mitigate the problem. In my thesis I have described a social issue and based on the obtained outcomes I have drawn the hypothesis that the role of a mother and a student causes an intrapsychical conflict to women.
