Analysis of the Perception of Television Advertising of University Students

This diploma thesis looks into a problem of television advertisement, what is still the most perceived form of advertisement. In the introduction is defined concept of advertisement and its history, functions and there is concisely described only just television advertisement too. Other section of theoretical part refers to creation of advertising campaigns, what instruments are used there and how to measure advertisement's success. Practical part examines results of questionnaire research. In the conclusion is defined some recommendations for creators of television advertisement focused on college students.

Codification of law in France under the First Empire

Codification of law in France under the First Empire The purpose of my thesis is to analyze genesis of preparation of six codes in France, to explain all influences and to show importance of this codification for the rest of the world. The scope of my thesis research is wider than just a description of codification works between years 1804-1815. The first part of this work explores the basis for codification. Sources of law, roman law, natural law, age of enlightenment, Declaration of the Rights and of the Citizens and legislative procedure under the First empire. The second part is composed of five chapters. Chapter one describes French Civil code promulgated in 1804. This chapter is composed of following subchapters: genesis of codification between years 1789-1804, the major figures of codification, systematics, related laws, selected paragraphs of Civil code and language quality. Chapter two is about Code of civil procedure (Code de procedure civile, 1806). It is composed of three subchapters: genesis, systematic and characteristics of this code. Chapter three describes Commercial Code (Code de commerce, 1807). This chapter includes genesis of commercial law from 16th century. Methodology for evaluating the cause of an accident at specific traffic accidents

For traffic accidents when one vehicle enter into the opposite direction lane, the criterion for the cause of an accident (for most cases) is the collision place. In most car accidents when a vehicle enters the opposite lane, this happen suddenly, sometimes sliding sideways, and in such cases it is (the collision place) a very good indicator for the causes of traffic accidents. Rarely, however, there are also accidents, where there is not decisive in which lane impact happened. Such traffic accidents, however, occur very rarely and by the experts are often considered for the assessment of the causes of traffic accidents wrong. The present article focuses on the methodology of evaluation of the causes of an accident just when such specific cases.

Program " Green savings" and his efficiency in the city Milevsko

Program "Green savings" was initiated in April 2009. It was developed by the Czech Republic's Ministry of Environmental Affairs. The main governing body is the state fund for environmental affairs. The main objective of the program was the reduction of CO2 emmissions, encouragement of the use of renewable energy sources and the increase in energy efficiency. The program also supports the use of renewable energy sources for the purpose of heating and hot water production, as well as providing subsidies for partial or complete insulation of apartments or family homes. The program is divided into three parts which encompass Part A energy saving for the purpose of heating, Part B development in the passive energy standard and Part C the use of renewable energy sources for heating and hot water production. Subsidies are provided only to citizens of Czech Republic. By October 31st 2010, the program "Green savings" had documented 78 643 applications worth 22,53 billion Krowns. To this day, 64 136 applications have been approved, which represent 16.6 billion Krowns. Within different phases of completion were a further 14 507 applications representing 5,9 billion Krowns. The program has become very popular, and has had to be prematurely closed because the number of approved applications exceeded the program's designated financial budget. In the town of Milevsko, the program "Green savings" was most effective in Part A, primarily within the area of applications for family homes. The second most successful area was Part C. For Part B, there were no applications from the town of Milevsko. The level of financial support paid for all types of applications from Milevsko reached 38 134 708 Krowns , which is 8,27% of the total amount paid out in Czech Republic. Just as this example shows the effectiveness of the program ?Green savings? in Milevsko, this project can also help improve the overall consciousness with regard to energy saving, the use of renewable energy sources and the overall consciousness regarding the protection of the environment. If we want to improve our environment, it is important that not only do citizens change their way of thinking and their actions, but also that the State supports this new mentality with a positive momentum, for instance, such as supporting programs like "Green savings".

Improvisation like a composer technique - use in praxis.

This thesis summarizes already known historical and theoretical facts about music improvizing and amends them with new cognisances which were not systematically elaborated yet. It contains analysis of composition written by Zbyněk Vostřák called Kniha principů. This composition is based on the verbal score and in the time of i t ' s creation it was an important innovative induction. Part of this thesis is devoted to the author's experiment at basic school with fourteen and fifteen years old students. Objective of this experiment was to prove importance of music improvizing and its implementation to every day work in classess which are not specialized in music. The author believes, that including improvizing techniques to process of creative musical teaching could be aestethic contribution not just for students, but also for teachers. This thesis results from specialized literature of Czech authors listed in the bibliography.

Occurence reflection and seletction criteria of social issues in the regional television reports

This thesis focuses on the incidence of social issues in news reports, broadcasted by regional television stations operating in the South Bohemia Region from 2009 to 2012. Mixed research was used to investigate the number and content of the reports (quantitative part of the research) that are related to the social sphere. The research, according to number of reports, defines their ratio to other topics. Content analysis then examines what topics of social work are preferred by the media. Information subsequently served as the basis for interviews with the editors ? in chief of the surveyed television stations (qualitative part). Respondents in their statements make clear running of television stations and the criteria by which selected topics for coverage are selected, as well. Besides editor ? in chiefs´ attitudes towards the presentation of social work in the media, the interviews publish factors than can promote the presentation and vice versa the criteria that act against mediation of social issues. Within the framework of the ethical dimension of work, the interview also focuses on issue, if an editor´s personal belief, regarding the importance of presentation of social topics, can influence the occurrence of this issue in the news, despite professional standards and values that do not support such kind of presentation. Interview can find out whether editors do not feel a dilemma or what is decisive, in preference to either personal attitudes or professional standards. As a form of the thesis was picked out a form of a theoretical work. This work is, in independent chapters, devoted to just the areas of ethics, social work and media. A chapter that deals with the direct relationship between social work and media forms a theoretical part of the thesis, as well. Besides the definition of basic concepts, theoretical part provides a background for research, presents some research files, categories for investigation and also arguments for the formulation of hypotheses.

Hydrological regime of the Labský důl Valley

The glacier valley of Labský důl is one of the most significant relicts of the Pleistocene mountain glaciations in the Czech Republic. Majority of research in this area has been focused on geomorphologic patterns and hydrological characteristic was touched just marginally. This work contains basic hydrographic and hydrologic characteristics based on the understanding of the local environment. Detailed research was implemented on the part of the watershed closed by the water level gauge installed by PřF UK. There is described the watershed reaction during different rainfall episodes and it is evaluated according to hydrological balance equation. It was used several interpolation methods to reach the influence of the particular parts of the equation. The most important content of this file lays in hydrological regime and first of all in amount of data and information, which could be used to create rainfall-runoff model of the Labe River. Návrh aplikační architektury IS/ICT malého podniku

Práce se zabývá aplikační architekturou malého podniku. Tomuto tématu se věnuje jak z hlediska praxe tak z hlediska teorie. První část práce vysvětluje teorii globální a dílčí architektury. Přičemž aplikační architektura je jednou z dílčích architektur. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována sociální dimenzi v podniku. V druhé části je práce zaměřena na to, jak aplikovat teorii v praxi. Autor provedl analýzu současného stavu informačního systému a procesů v jedné konkrétní malé firmě. Na základě výsledků této analýzy navrhuje implementovat aplikaci typu ECM pro správu digitálních dat v podniku. Autor testuje 3 možné varianty aplikace ECM: 1. Profesionální řešení 2. Open source řešení 3. Řešení stávajícím vybavením ve firmě. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře jednak s teorií aplikační architektury a jejím začleněním do celkové globální architektury, tak i s možností jak tuto teorii převést do praxe v malé společnosti.
