This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of Siemens, s.r.o. in the years 2016-2020. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of financial analysis, its individual indicators as well as formulas for calculations. In the second, practical part, the financial analysis is performed on the basis of the assumptions and methods defined in the theoretical part. The third part offers suggestions for solving the identified problems that could improve the current financial situation.

The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ration. Second part is analytical, where the values of the individual indicators are calculated using the formulas given in the theoretical bases. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

Second part is analytical, where the values of the individual indicators are calculated using the formulas given in the theoretical bases. In the final part, based on the results, there are proposals to improve financial status of the company.
