Ingeborg Bachmann in Czech literature and culture
Nováková, Andrea ; Císlerová, Eva (referee) ; Veselá, Gabriela (advisor)
V úvodu diplomové práce představuji život a dílo Ingeborg Bachmannové.

The work is founded on a comparative study of the genres and authors with the intention to add to the theoretical definition of the modern notion of genre. The work comprises a methodological chapter, setting apart individual elements of narrative, such as motif, topic, narrator and character, and the characteristics of genres, which helps identifying individual elements of the modern genre of fable and apocrypha. In the practical part, methodological points of departure are applied on the texts mentioned, which are compared here. In conclusion, individual elements of the modern genre notion of Karel Čapek and Viktor Fischl are identified. Here, Viktor Fischl is set into a historical perspectiv, as his work is connected to the discourse of the so-called Czechoslovak ?First Republic? and to the work of Karel Čapek.

The marble statuary group of Laocoon discovered in 1506 A. O. in city of Rome i s one of the most studied, discussed and inspirational work of ancient art. Since i ts discovery, Laocoon has inspired an uncountable number of diverse receptive works of art in many different ways. In century Laocoon was used for the first time in the sphere of popular cul ture. The greatest influence can be seen in the art of caricature. Influence of the group persists even until our days. First examples of reception of the group in Czech art can be seen in the period of manierism in the court of emperor Rudolf II and in 18th century.
