This J-modulation can be removed when CPMG sequence is used and the period of repetition of refocusing pulse Tfulfils a condition r « * ( 1 ) Ai' where Av is the frequency difference of coupled nuclei. However, the condition (I) cannot be in practice always fulfilled. The aim of this work was to investigate J-modulation and relaxation behaviour of homonuclear J-coupled system in various parameters of CPMG sequence. Simulations based on numerical solution of Liouville-von Neumann equation and Redfield theory were performed. Relaxation curves of Chh group of citrate were measured on high-resolution NMR spectrometer. It was found that the suppression of J-modulation can be achieved also for T longer than required by the condition (1) providing that the refocusing angle in CPMG for both J-coupling partners 9^180ř. V prvé části ("pohled institucionální") tedy nejprve podáváme čtenáři stručný popis současného diskurzu o právnické osobě (co do jeho aktérů, řešených otázek i prostor, v nichž se diskurz odehrává). Domníváme se totiž, že nejprve je třeba siuvědomit, z jakého myšlenkového prostředí autor pochází a jak jej toto ovlivňuje. Nijak se netajíme tím, že nás ovlivnil především diskurz český, který se vyznačuje řešením dílčích otázek a pouze malým zájmem o právnickou osobu jako takovou, v její obecnosti (srov. níže). Těžištěm této části práce je pojmové instrumentárium používané v souvislosti s právnickou osobou. Nelze přemýšlet o právnické osobě bez toho, aby si autor nejprve nevyřešil chápání výše uvedených základních pojmů v teoretické rovině. Pouze po takovémto propracování pojmového instrumentária lze přikročit k vyslovení obecných závěrů o institutu právnické osoby, jakož i ke zkoumání de lege lata. Zkoumání právnické osoby z hlediska de lege lata je pak předmětem druhé části práce ("pohled pozitivně-právní"). Nejde ovšem pouze o zkoumání platné právní úpravy, začleňujeme sem pro úplnost také pohled historický. Není jistě překvapením, že v rámci historického ohlédnutí se dostaneme až do kolébky právního myšlení, do starověkého Říma. Title: Motoric manifestation of laterality and its relation to performance in Taekwon-do ITF Author: Vaněk Lukáš Field of study: Physical training and sport Tutor: PhDr. Jan Štochl, Ph.D. Purposes: The main object is to proof the hypothesis of higher prevalence of left-handed probands in the martial arts area than in the common population and also to proof them being more succesful than right-handed probands from the same group. Methods: The tested group consisted of 51 probands on the highest performance level - members of junior and senior Czech Taekwon-do ITF national team. The group was tested with a special testing system designed specially for the purpose ofthis thesis. Results: On the basis of the results it can be said that laterality distribution in the tested group corresponds with the laterality distribution in the common population declared in literature. Differences were found only in the group "seniors-male" where the distibution tends to be higher than featured in literature. No significant proof ofthe supposed dependence of success on laterality in particular probands was found except for the male senior team where the corelation coefficient showed high level ofdependence. The Chinese coolies in Cuba in the third quarter of the nineteenth century

Od importu prvních čínských smluvních dělníků na Kubu uplynulo tento rok právě 160 let. Jejich přítomnost na ostrově si v polovině 19. století vyžádaly okolnosti spojené se zákazem obchodu s otroky a následně nedostatkem pracovní síly především v oblasti zemědělstvÍ. Ve své diplomové práci Čínští smluvní dělníci na Kubě ve třetí čtvrtině devatenáctého století jsme vycházeli převážně z cizojazyčných zdrojů. Mezi nejznámější postavy zabývajícími se tímto problémem nelze nezařadit předního kubánského badatele, a demografa Juana Péreze de la Rivu. Los culíes chinos en Cuba (1847 - 1880), Contribucion al estudio de la inmigracion contratada en el Caribe je velmi obsáhlá a zevrubná studie popisující čínské přistěhovalectví na Kubě od počátku provozování žlutého obchodu od roku 1847 do jeho ukončení v roce 1877. Autor podrobuje kritice společenské struktury, jež dovolily, či přímo donutily přeměnit svobodného člověka v doživotního otroka. Neopomíjí alespoň v hrubých rysech naznačit situaci čínských kuliů v Peru ani snahy Rady pro rozvoj o podporu bílého přistěhovalectví. Podává shrnující informace o Číně v polovině 19. století. Biblical motives in the work of František Hrubín

The thesis attempts to analyse the František Hrubín's poetry in which the parallels with The Scripture or biblical themes could be found. The thesis sorts discovered themes to those that can and to those that cannot be analyzed with the Scripture. The important findings is whether the discovered themes can be essentially marked as biblical or if they are used also with the other meaning by the author. Partical objective is the finding of identical themes in the other authors pieces and comparing them with the themes of František Hrubín. The thesis looks for the connections between the subjects, themes or with the author's writing itself or his contemporaries.

Nursing Errors

Key words: nursing errors, nurse, medical worker, patient, profession, communication Nursing errors represent psychological, ethic, and economic problem. Safety of patients is a priority for all healthcare facilities. However, an absolute security cannot be achieved. Prerequisite for success of risk reduction in nursing errors is a proactive involvement both of qualified and general public. Theoretical part describes possibilities of patient's injuries caused by a nurse, profession of nurses as regarded by medical psychology, communication of nurses in relation to the nursing errors. Empiric part of the work gives structured interviews in a form of quantitative research with ten nurses in two hospitals. The aim of this research is to determine the awareness of nurse errors, factors affecting nurse errors, work experiences, possible proposals for nurse error prevention.

Development of the state system of the Byzantine Empire

100 Resumé: This diploma paper discuss about development of the state system of the Byzantine Empire in context with many changes of the form and extension of its territory. Primary are analysed relations between basic powers of the state and changes of their positions. Basic powers are means emperor, army and Church. Secondary senate, demoi and civil and military aristocracy. First chapter talk about territory evolution and about changes of the foreign and political relations of the empire. It primary serves like a illustartion of compilcated standing of the empire and also many important chnages of the territory and its ethnical structure of the state. These circumstances constituted a big problem for state administration. Second chapter attend to development of the state administration with special intent on the "theme system". Especially on its origins and downfall. Author also try to find context between decline and fall of the empire and administration of the state. Analysis of suitability of the application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a.s.

The main target of this paper is to analyze suitability of the application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. This target also includes finding correct answers to the following questions: Is the use of process management a suitable tool that would improve the productivity of the whole enterprise or not? Is it suitable to undergo the whole process of changing the company Auto Hégr, a. s. towards process management? Would it not be more purposeful and efficient to take a different way of improvement? Is it not the best solution to make no change? The method used for achieving the main target of this paper is the analytical and synthetic cognitive procedure. The examined situation in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. is divided, in terms of thoughts, into the individual parts that are the subject of further examination. Deeper knowledge of the partial sections enables to get to know better the situation in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. as a whole. The author of this paper carried out the input analysis of change the output of which is the argumentative report including the decision that it is suitable to launch the project of the application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. Hereby the author performed all preliminary work that always must be carried out prior to the realization of the implementation project itself. The author summarized the main results of carrying out the input analysis of change at the end of this paper. This paper and its results are fully usable in practice of a specific enterprise, in this case of the company Auto Hégr, a. s. The correct application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. cannot be carried out without necessary documentation, i.e. the implementation project. Its first part is carrying out the input analysis of change that is completely covered in the practical part of this paper. As another suggestion for solving the given subject, the dealing with the other parts of the implementation project just presents itself. This procedure is completely logical and its following is one of the conditions of the correct application of process management in the company Auto Hégr, a. s. Only high-quality carrying out the pre-investment phase of realization of the implementation project will guarantee its overall high quality.

Juhani Aho and the analysis of his work "Alone"

tvorby Juhaniho Aha- především analýza jeho prózy Osamělý. Z Ahova pestrého životopisu je patrné, že ke své spisovatelské a novinářské dráze směřoval již od útlého mládí. Tento plodný autor se ve své tvorbě věnoval rozličným otázkám a tématům z nejrůznějších sfér lidského bytí a nahlížel je svým osobitým pohledem. Vedle toho je rovněž zajímavé, že Juhani Aho obsáhl svým vývojem několik uměleckých směrů - realismus, náznaky naturalismu, francouzské introspektivní proudy, novoromantismus a novorealismus. Primárním záměrem této práce byl již zmiňovaný rozbor díla Osamělý, na jehož základě jsem dospěla k podnětným závěrům. Úvodem své diplomové práce jsem považovala za nutné vyřešit nejprve dilema týkající se jednak autobiografičnosti zmiňované prózy, jednak jejího žánrového zařazení. V prvním případě jsem se na Ahovo dílo pokusila aplikovat poznatky francouzského literárního vědce Philippa Lejeuna a dospěla jsem k závěru, že prózu Osamělý nelze v jeho pojetí označovat jako čistou autobiografii. V souvislosti s žánrovým označením díla jsem se rozhodla vycházet z finské poetiky a na prózu Osamělý odkazovat termínem pienoisromaani - "malý román". The arrival of new spirituality, Hinduism and spiritual Masters in the Czech Republic

This text refers to the Indian religious beliefs, Hinduism in particular, that we can meet in the Czech Republic. Many people are interested in these religions and my question is 'what makes present man so interested in these religions and what is so attractive to them?' Foremost in my text there is basic information about Hinduism, including the myths, Gods and Goddesses and creeds. As the Indian culture is very diverse and rich I have only mentioned basic information for understanding the text well. Then I have described yoga in the text, Bhaktiyoga in particular. This type of yoga forms part of the Hare Khrisna movement. Both Yoga in Daily Life and the Hare Khrisna have already worked for many years and both have continuity with their Indian founders and came into our subconscious through their spiritual pursuit. I have described their influence in the Czech Republic on the basis of my questionnaire and even on my personal experience. Apart from these two movements this text refers to individual persons who are active in this kind of lifestyle. My conclusion is that these religious trends do not signify any danger or threat for our society; on the contrary it means that by helping us to find our way to God this enriches our daily lives.
