Veselý, Petr ; Koudelka, Tomáš (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
Today’s society is highly reliable on a working road infrastructure, which is because of collective efforts already built in terms of main net of roadways, and the attention is now paid to its service life primarily from a point of view of a climate change which is causing more frequent temperature extremes. This thesis sets its goal to perform basic tests for bitumen, especially ones dealing with low temperature properties, on types of bitumen usually used in out day to day world and asphalt mixtures made with those types of bitumen. The theoretical part talks about the basic definition of bitumen and studies performed on the similar issue. Practical part of the thesis is focused on performing the tests of bitumen and asphalt, which include but are not limited to, penetration test, softening point test, critical temperature detected by method by Fraasse and the bending beam rheometer and the test to set critical temperature of asphalt by using TSRST. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of results and its mutual correlation is performed.

Polách, Marek ; Šopík,, Leonard (referee) ; Stráský, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis is a design of a bridge crossing the valley of the Hrabyňka creek as a part of road I/II. Firstly, three possible structures are designed and according to their advantages and disadvantages, the best of them is selected. In this case a cable stay bridge was selected. Following is a design of span lenghths, collumn heights and the cross-section. Then the loads are detremined and applied on a numeric model cretaed in software working on the basis of FEM. In continuation internal forces are calculated and their propriate combinations for service limit stay and ultimate limit state with time dependent analysis taken into account. In the end the reinforcement steel is designed for one part of the structure. Detailed drawings are also part of the thesis.

Morávek, David ; Rasch, František (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
Bc. David Morávek Tyre temperature measurement on moving vehicle with of infrared pyrometer OS100 MT, IAE, 2008, page 70, picture 41 Problemacy of recording the temperature and tyre pressure on driven car is processed in this diploma work. Suitable measuring chain was set up. Censor holders for this type of measurement were designed and produced. Driving exams and tests are depicted in this work, too. We came to the conclusion that tyre temperature depends on lengthways and transverse acceleration of the car and also on it’s load.
Code Analysis and Transformation
Křoustek, Jakub ; Masařík, Karel (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This paper describes methods and procedures used for code analysis and transformation. It contains basic information of a science discipline called reverse engineering and its use in information technologies. The primary objective is a construction of tool that can disassemble from binary form to symbolic machine code. This operation is highly dependent on the concrete instruction set, and it has to be used for a beforehand known processor architecture. This problem is solved with patterns, plug-ins, and modularity of disassembler. These features provide users the ability to add new instruction sets into this disassembler. The output is the text representation of instructions and is functionally equivalent to the in-put. The thesis demonstrates usual methods of disassembly as well as the methods made by the author.
Vibration of faulty bearing depending on the load
Slaninová, Barbora ; Marcián, Petr (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is an analysis of a bearing vibration during its failure on inner race with varying load. The work aims to create a model simulating the time course of vibrations in the event of a bearing failure depending on the load and speed of the bearing. The work compares the frequency and time model of the rolling bearing error spectrum. A model of bearing error frequencies was also created, which is supplemented by a force action in the next step. To parameterize the model, data were experimentally measured on a bearing that takes on three possible states. The first bearing has a defect on inner race measuring 0.25 mm, the second bearing 0.5 mm and the third is free of defects. The measurement takes place on a test bed in 135 repetitions. Inventor is used to design the bearing with defect. The measured data are processed and visualized with MATLAB. The measured values show that the rate of vibration is not only dependent on the load and speed, but also the size of the defect.
Numerical analysis of visco-elastic material models
Michálková, Veronika ; Lang, Rostislav (referee) ; Trcala, Miroslav (advisor)
The serviceability of concrete structures is a multiphysical problem where viscoelasticity is interrelated with plasticity or damage, among other things. This work focuses on the analysis and testing of an isotropic viscoelastic material model based on a generalized Kelvin chain. The Kelvin chain is described in detail for 1D strain and then its application to multi-axial 2D plane strain is shown. In this paper, a total of 3 studies are carried out using the Kelvin chain. The first study concerns the analysis of the Kelvin chain with damage on several benchmark refinement problems. The second study compares the results of the Kelvin chain including damage with an experiment on a three-point beam bending problem. The third study concerns the analysis of the Kelvin chain with damage on a stress relaxation problem in a loaded concrete beam and compares the results with the ANSYS calculation and experimental measurements. The aim is to analyze the effect of the parameter on the time-dependent behavior of the concrete and also the effect of the number of time increments N on the result.
Design of steel-concrete composite structure of road box girder bridge on by-road of Bludov
Kuba, Michal ; Marván, David (referee) ; Nečesal, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is design and assessment of the box-girder road bridge on by-road of Bludov. Bridge is designed as composite steel concrete bridge with 5 spans with distances between supports of 31,25 m; 40,0 m; 60,0 m; 60,0 m and 40,35 m. Main bearing structure is designed as open steel box-girder with reinforced concrete deck. Box girder is braced with longitudinal and transversal bracings. Main structure is separated for each traffic direction. The bridge crosses river Morava and railway in 2nd and 3rd span, respectively. The category of road I/44 is S 21,5/100. The height of steel box girder is designed as 2,5 m. Bridge will be built by incremental launching method, with in-situ casted concrete deck afterwards. The bridge is designed according to current standards. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S 355 and concrete of class C35/45.
The study of vertical mobility of heavy metals and their transfer to mushrooms
Jurnečka, Roman ; Doležalová Weissmannová, Helena (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of contamination of forest soils and edible mushrooms with lead, cadmium, copper and zinc in the Jeseníky Mountains, specifically in the Domašov and Vápenná forests. Sampling took place at 12 localities, divided into spruce and beech stands. Atomic absorption spectrometry AAS ContrAA 800D was chosen to determine the content of selected heavy metals. Based on the measured values of the concentrations of the studied metals and other soil properties, dependences were created to determine the vertical mobility of selected metals in the soil profile. Vertical mobility depends on the physico-chemical properties of the soil (pH, C and S content). The dependence of the content of selected heavy metals in the soil on the pH value of the soil was found. In the case of lead, the sorption capacity of the soil organic component was confirmed. The risk and above-limit content of Pb, Cd and Cu was found on the yellow-boletus mushroom. Cadmium shows the highest bioavailability. Lead was evaluated as the element with the lowest mobility.
