The monitoring of convalescence of patients with ruptured anterior cruciate ligament treated by intraarticular reconstruction

Název: Sledování rekonvalescence pacientů po ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu řešené intraartikulární rekonstrukcí Title: The monitoring ofconvalescence ofpatients with ruptured anterior cruciate ligament treated by intraarticular reconstruction Cíle práce: Zachytit reaktivní a adaptační mechanismy na úrovni pohybového aparátu a změny teologických vlastností kolenního kloubu v průběhu rekonvalescence pacientů po ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu řešené intraartikulární rekonstrukcí a fyzioterapeutickou léčbou. Zachytit postupný návrat pacientů k původním pohybovým aktivitám. Shrnout relevantní poznatky z různých oborů a zdůraznit možnosti jejich využití v klinické praxi. Metoda: Pacienti byli před operací a po 3., 10., 24. a 36. týdnu po operaci podrobeni obsáhlému klinickému vyšetření a vyšetření metodou bioreometrie. Na začátku a na konci výzkumu byla zjištěna hodnota Lysholmova skóre. Byly zpracovány dostupné literární zdroje. Výsledky: Odhalují průběh rekonvalescence pacientů s důrazem na zachycení vývoje reologických vlastností kolenních kloubů, vývoje bolesti, významných změn týkajících se pohybového aparátu a návratu pacientů k původním sportovním a jiným aktivitám v čase. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of study reports of a patient with the diagnosis: the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint reconstruction. Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. The general section includes anatomical and biomechanical aspects of anterior cruciate ligament, as well as epidemiology, diagnosis, the most common causes and treatment of rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The special section includes the case study regarding the physiotherapy treatment of the patient. Therapy was focused mainly on the patient's knee joint stability restoration. The case study was prepared at the time of the author's practice, from 14th February to 2nd March 2011, at the ambulance department of the Regional hospital in Kladno. The Ethics Committee expressed its positive attitude towards the case study. The original version can be found in the Annex, as well as the informed consent template. Rehabilitation and following sport preparation after LCA arthroscopic reconstruction surgery by active athletes

Title of thesis: Rehabilitation and Sports folowing preparation after arthroscopic LCA reconstruction surgery by active athletes. Objective: The aim of this work is based on the latest pomatků medicine, physiotherapy and sports training to describe the structure of rehabilitation and training of athletes after arthroscopic Assisted operations of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee kloubu.a compiled on the basis these pomatků methodology, covering the process from the initiation of outpatient rehabilitation after transition a full athletic performance. This methodology will be demonstrated on the selection of exercises using photodocumentation. Method: Evaluation or evaluation of the effectiveness of the ongoing rehabilitation program in rehabilitative care after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Results: The results demonstrated a positive contribution to the rehabilitation and subsequent sports preparation for active athletes and due to the relatively low number of probands included in proposed program of 150 patients after knee traumas, who in a given period attended rehabilitation, were excluded from the research 88 because of early termination treatment ..
