The subject of the bachelor's thesis is processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This building is situated in an attractive locality of the Brno-Královo Pole district on a now unused property. The new construction of an apartment building would be the final element of the development of Mánesova Street and at the same time complement the disparate frontage line of Palackého třída.
