Machining of parts in low series production with CNC machine application

The topic of this thesis is the choice of optimal production technology for the chosen representative. The aim of this work is to compare production on conventional machine and on NC and CNC machines. Both variants are evaluated in terms of efficiency, speed and economy of production. Outputs are based on recommended production procedures based on the number of pieces produced in the order.

Production design of a component for aerospace industry

Master's thesis deals with the design of the production of a component from the aviation industry. The first part contains an analysis of the solved part and its production variant. The second part is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the operations that were used for the production of the given part. The third part deals with the design of production technology. Here, the choice of suitable semi-finished product, CNC machines and cutting tools, the creation of a production procedure and the compilation of NC programs are solved. At the end of the thesis, a technical-economic evaluation is prepared.
A concept of a revolver hammer manufacturing process

Production process of a part from the base of a device

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the solution of the production process of a part from the apparatus base. Introduction of the thesis deals with the analysis of the product and a detailed description of the software construction of the 3D model. The next two parts are devoted to the choice of machines, instruments and gauges. This is followed by a chapter with the analysis of technologies used in the production procedures. The penultimate chapter describes the specific NC programs for the production on the CNC machinery. The final chapter is devoted to the indicative calculation of production process.
