Diplomová práce řeší návrh výroby součásti z leteckého průmyslu. První část obsahuje analýzu řešeného dílu a její variantu výroby. Druhá část je věnována teoretickému rozboru pro operace, které jsou využité pro výrobu dané součásti. Třetí část se zabývá návrhem technologie výroby. Zde je řešena volba vhodného polotovaru, CNC strojů a řezných nástrojů, vytvoření výrobního postupu a sestavení NC programů. Na závěr práce je vypracováno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení. Master's thesis deals with the design of the production of a component from the aviation industry. The first part contains an analysis of the solved part and its production variant. The second part is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the operations that were used for the production of the given part. The third part deals with the design of production technology. Here, the choice of suitable semi-finished product, CNC machines and cutting tools, the creation of a production procedure and the compilation of NC programs are solved. At the end of the thesis, a technical-economic evaluation is prepared.
