Diagnostika motorových vozidel pomocí termokamery
BÜRGER, Jan
The bachelor's thesis dealt with the use of a thermal camera in car diagnostics. The thermal imager measured the components on three cars and diagnosed them accord-ing to the procedures described in the work methodology and compared them with the expected values. A total of five measurements were made. The glow plugs on the diesel engine, the two-zone air conditioning, the chassis, the brakes, and the injection in the indi-vidual cylinders of the petrol engine was checked. The results show that a thermal imager can be helpful in some cases. Specifical-ly, the thermal imaging can be used for glow plug control, dual-zone air condition-ing, chassis, and injection control.
Termografické měření obvodového pláště vybraného objektu pro provoz nebo výrobu
Felcman, Martin
The thesis deals with the detection of thermal bridges of the building envelope of SCHOTT s.r.o. and MANNTECO s.r.o. The aim of this diploma thesis is the experimental verification of thermal defects and anomalies of peripheral structures of buildings. The qualitative infrared thermography method is used to ensure the results. The results of the experimental measurement revealed thermal defects and anomalies on the peripheral shells of the measured objects. The acquired thermograms are evaluated. With regard to the measurement results, construction operations are proposed, which are suitable for the elimination of thermal defects and anomalies of the building envelope.
Use of thermographic methods for diagnostics of concrete bridges
Janků, Michal ; Hobst, Leonard (referee) ; Matula, Radek (referee) ; Cikrle, Petr (advisor)
This dissertation is focused on the research of the applicability of the thermographic method in the diagnosis of concrete bridges in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part characterizes selected defects of concrete structures and the principle of their detection. The practical part describes the measurements made in the laboratory on the test specimen and the field on the concrete bridge. Most attention is paid to infrared thermography, ground-penetrating radar and ultrasonic pulse-echo method. Based on the results of the dissertation, recommendations for the use of the thermographic test method in practice were developed.
Intelligent Thermal Camera with Intruder Detection
Mysza, Róbert ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
Thermovision technology is becoming more and more widespread in monitoring and security applications. This bachelor thesis deals with its usage for object detection and describes methods and algorithms capable to do this. I also studied factors, which effects the human skin temperature. The design of the device, which sends images to the server and is able to detect an intruder by his temperature is part of this thesis. The last chapter contains evaluation of tests for detection reliability.
Temperature measurement of a machine tool
Novotný, Petr ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the problems of temperature measurement, various types of non-contact temperature measurement and types of non-contact gauges. It also tries to explain the basic concepts and knowledge from the field of machine tools and their thermal load. Part of the thesis is to test this knowledge using measurements at Intemac Solutions s.r.o. The acquired knowledge is then evaluated using graphs and tables.
Analysis of infrared acquisition parameters
Zembol, Filip ; Drastich, Aleš (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The topic of my thesis is the analysis of parameters of the infrared imaging and the usage of these parameters for the design of a thermographic equation and a programme in the MATLAB environment in which the termography formula and the influence of the particular quantities, which take part in it, will be graphically depicted. In the thesis we will first of all introduce the infrared radiation, its types and features. With the help of the particular radiation laws and distracting elements of the infrared radiaton a formula trimming the distracting elements of the thermal relief will be designed. This formula will enable us to count the emission surface temperature of the scanned scene (grey body) and thus eliminate the elements influencing the resulting temperatures of the scanned scene. Furthermore, a programme which will image the IR acquisition model (thermogram) on the basis of the thermography equation will be designed. The thermogram will change in dependence on the changes of the thermography equation quantities. The change will be expressed by the shift of the color spectrum (thermographic scale). This programme graphically presents the changes of the quantities influencing the resulting scene and provides a better grasp of the influence and the function of particular quantities in the thermographic equation.
Non-contact temperature measurement
Negrová, Stefania ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with non-contact temperature measurement, which is currently used for thermodiagnostics and prediction of temperature behavior of machines. In the thesis is described a basic overview of contact and non-contact methods of temperature determination. It focuses primarily on thermography and its uses for machine tools and includes two simple and clear measurements use of thermocamera.
Using the infrared camera in the measuring technique
Bayer, Robert ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to get acquainted with contactless methods of measuring a temperature and give the reader an idea of it. Next goal is to master the working with IR visual display terminal FLUKE Ti55FT (and program equipment SmartView) a describe it to the reader too. Last goal is to translate the booklet "Introdution to Thermography Principles", published by FLUKE company, which will be enclosed in electronic form to the thesis in the appendix.
Thermography in engineering
Koten, Jakub ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
This work deals with non-contact measurement of surface temperatures. The aim of the first part is to explain basic terms, principles and ways of measuring temperature. Furthermore, there is an overview of thermal imagining cameras usable in industry. In the practical part there is a theoretically suggested experiment, which monitors the dependence of the surface temperature on the size of the cross-section of the workpiece during the turning under unchanged cutting conditions. Experimental measurements are executed with using thermocamera ThermaCAM SC 200 and they are evaluated in software called Researcher.
Analysis of infrared acquisition parameters
Zembol, Filip ; Drastich, Aleš (referee) ; Čech, Petr (advisor)
The topic of my thesis is the analysis of parameters of the infrared imaging and the use of radiation laws for the formation of a thermographic equation, which will include the impact of surrounding factors on the resulting temperature relief of the scanned object. These factors include the temperature of the surrounding atmosphere, temperature of the surrounding radiation sources, emissivity coefficients, reflection and transmission. On the basis of this equation a programme will be created in the MATLAB environment where the resulting temperature relief of the simulated object and the impact of the particular parameters from the equation will be graphically depicted. In the thesis we will first of all introduce the infrared radiation, its types and features. With the help of the particular radiation laws and distracting elements of the infrared radiation a formula including the distracting elements appearing during scanning of the thermal surface relief will be formed. This formula will enable us to count the surface temperature of the scanned scene and to determine the final temperature without the impact of the unwanted parameters. Furthermore, a programme which will image thermograms on the basis of the thermography equation will be designed. The thermogram will change in dependance on the changes of the parameters in the thermography equation. The change will be expressed by the change of temperatures in the scanned scene and by the shift in the colour spectrum (thermographic scale). This programme will graphically present the changes of the quantities influencing the resulting temperature division in the scene and will provide a better grasp of the influence and the function of particular quantities in the thermographic equation.
