Design of the manure spreader
Pacher, Ján ; Molva, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a solid manure spreader and the subsequent strength control of self-supporting construction. The introduction of the work consists of a research analysis of current design solutions of spreaders on the market with similar parameters as in the assignment. Subsequent chapters deal with the conceptual design of the spreader, preparation of the calculation model, suitable replacement of the components and evaluation of the strength analysis itself. The diploma thesis is accompanied by partial drawing documentation. The work was created in cooperation with ZDT Nové Veselí.
Design of walkable bridges for wastewater treatment
Denk, Jakub ; Gottvald, Jakub (referee) ; Nekvasil, Richard (advisor)
This thesis focuses on design of walkable bridges for wastewater treatment plant for the company Váhala a spol. s.r.o. In the first part, there is generally described process of wastewater and technologies, which are used for this treatment the most. In following chapter, there is performed design of walkable bridges, especially supporting frame. Part of the thesis concentrates on strength analysis of the most critical components of construction by finite element method. Static computing is performed according to valid European standards – Eurocode 3. Appendixes includes samples of basic technical drawings.
Stiffness estimation at the machining head and the strength analysis of the moving parts of the machining center MCV 1220.
Zbožínek, Martin ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
Main objective of the work was to estimate the possibilities and the limits of elementary stress and strain analysis of the construction. At the beginning it was necessary to simplify the problem to the 1-D bar problem. The calculation was performed for three typical loading cases, namely for the middle and the border position of the machining head. The contact forces and momentums and the displacements at the machining head have been calculated. The obtained results were then used for the stiffness evaluation of the construction at the machining head. The strength analysis of the moving parts of the machinig center has been done, too. Modern software products (Autodesk Inventor, ProENGINEER, ANSYS Workbench, Maple, Mathcad, etc.) were used for the calculation. The results were compared with The Finite Element Method results.
Horizontal driven roller conveyor
Hájek, Lukáš ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design-driven horizontal roller conveyor 15 m long which is used for the transport of cardboard boxes with metal material in a storeroom. A total weight of this box is 35 kg. The conveyor is functionally calculated and its main dimensions are determined. There is designed draft power, strength calculations chain, frame and strut trails. The set of drawing line, drawing section, drawing drive and manufacturing drawing sidewall are treated as a drawing documentation.
Frame of foundry trolley crane 330 t
Otevřel, Marek ; Kolář, Pavel (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is the frame of the foundry trolley crane 330/65/20t. The crane crab is used for handling with molten metal. The frame is analyzed by strength inspection and fatigue strength inspection. The process is according to ČSN EN 13001. The analyses are made by using finite element method on a beam and shell models. The diploma thesis was made in cooperation with the Královopolská a.s. company.
Analysis of crab frame of bridge magnet crane 15t 27,5m
Strommer, Bohumír ; Kolář, Pavel (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with crab frame of bridge magnet crane with lifting capacity 15t used in steel mill for handling billets. Thesis contains strength analysis and fatigue strength check of crab frame based on ČSN EN 13001. Strength analyses are made by using beam and shell models of finite element method. The diploma thesis was carried out in cooperation with Královopolská a.s. company.
Trailer for the building machinery
Kozel, David ; Robotka, Tomáš (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is the structural design of a trailer designed for the transport of building machinery on roads. The structural design takes into account the legislative requirements for given category of the trailer. The thesis involves strength analysis of a trailer frame using finite element method. Based on the results of the strength analysis, structural modifications of the frame are designed and the tenseness state is calculated again. An essential part of the work is the creation of selected drawing documentation.
Strength analysis of a chisel cultivator
Nejman, Jan ; Binar, Luboš (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Introduction of final thesis deals with description of difficulties which face agricultural machines for soil processing in public traffic. It is followed by control calculations of tractor hitch and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Second part contains brief description of exact machine type and its main components. Following part is concerned about security and legislative requirements for transportation of carried cultivators on roads. For more this part describes, experimental measurement and calculation of dynamic loads, which are further used as input for strength analysis. Fifth part describes preparation of numeric model, strengths analysis of original frame and following sixth part brings frame editing and results of strength analysis with additional minor changes.
Chain Conveyor
Štěpán, Marek ; Dlesk, Daniel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design the control picking unit for the storage system Multitower. This work deals with the storage of rods, safety requirements and design of structures. The design part solves the actuator design, choice of chain tensioning system and torque transmission. The strength analysis of important components is solved in last part.
The FEM analysis truck trailer HTV 18
Chalupa, Pavel ; Kumžák, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The subject of this master's thesis is the strength analysis of the cargo trailer HIPOCAR HTV 18 and proposed modifications. For the strength analysis was selected finite element method. The frame model was modified by the results of the strength analysis. After that has been carried out the strength analysis of the modified frame.
