Analysis fitness machine with respect to frictional force and the rolling resistance
Pospíšilová, Kateřina ; Ševeček, Oldřich (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of a system of bodies with NNTP bonds, i.e. pas-sive effects are included in the solution of the examples. The first part describes the theoretical foundations of statics, bonds and types of passive effects. Next, kinematic analysis, relaxation of bodies, static analysis and compilation of static balance equations are explained. This know-ledge is then applied to a specific example. In one example, three tasks are solved using the Matlab program. The template for the calculations was a real weight training machine, on which an experiment was subsequently performed to verify the calculated results. In the se-cond part of the work, it is mentioned what the finite element method is and what it is used for. Finally, a deformation analysis is performed in the Ansys program.

Mechanical analysis of historical systems
Bilík, Pavel ; Ševeček, Oldřich (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This work thesis deals with historical machine systems from the period of antiquity and the Middle Ages. The basic concepts, quantities and phenomena related to the operation of machines are defined. Technically important inventions are described in more detail herein. In the practical part, two selected assemblies are examined, their dimensions and properties are designed. Furthermore, calculations from mechanical analysis are performed on selected systems. Numerical solutions are implemented using scripts in Matlab.
Mechanical analysis of the subsystem of the tower crane
Urbánek, Roman ; Venský, Jiří (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the solution of a subsystem of a tower crane with a passive effect (NNTP). First part describes tower cranes and their parts. The following part is a description of the theoretical and physical laws of statics and dynamics. In the practical part, various states of motion of a specific modeled subsystem are calculated, which shows a trolley of the tower crane. The aim of the calculation of each configuration is to determine the numerical values of the contact forces in the links, to analyze the dynamic quantities and to evaluate the functionality of the links. Numerical values of unknown parameters were calculated by solving a system of linear equations in the calculation software Matlab.
Survey and Diagnostics of Brick Structure
Brothánek, Jan ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a structural and technical survey of the surviving cellar of the German House in Brno. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical description of the constructions, methods performed and their evaluation concerning the investigated space. The aim of the survey is to determine the strength characteristics of the masonry and on their basis to propose appropriate rehabilitation and structural protection.
Mechanical analysis of roof lift
Sárkány, Zoltán ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the mechanical analysis of a roof lift in 2D, which consists of nine solid bodies. The first part of the work covers the basic necessary theoretical knowledge to solve the problem in terms of statics and dynamics. The second part of the work is the solution itself, where the equations of static equilibrium are compiled for different states of motion. Movement states where the elevator does not move at a constant speed are solved in terms of dynamics. The solution considers the effects of passive resistances. The output of the work is the resulting forces in the bonds and the assessment of the functionality of the bonds. The numerical solution was performed using the MATLAB program.
Mechanical analysis of lifting equipment
Kubík, Matej ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thensis is a mechanical analysis of the lifting device with regard to the passive effects in the bonds. At the same time, it should serve as a additional teaching materialfor students of statics and dynamics. The first part of the work is therefore dedicated to a brief overview of lifting devices, but especially the basic concepts of statics and dynamics. The work then deals with the calculation of the driving torque (force pair) and analysis of the results for the various situations of the lifting device that may occur.
Mechanical analysis of lift
Tesař, Jakub ; Kovář, Jaroslav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the system with seven solids with consideration of passive effect. In the first part of thesis describes the basics of statics and dynamics. Description of neutral and passive links, release method and reduction method. In the second part of the work are describing effects of passive effects on the movement state of the elevator. The individual bodies were released in the GeoGebra program. The aim of the example is to determine the contract forces in the links, check functionality of the links and state of motion. The solution took place in the computer program Matlab
Analysis of specific systems of bodies with neutral bonds
Grúz, Jan ; Hájek, Petr (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with analytical and graphical solution of three specific systems of bodies that are in static equilibrium. These systems of bodies contain neutral bonds. The opening part dedicates to theory and principles of solution of contact forces in bonds, which are further used for calculations and graphical solutions. The first system of bodies is a demonstrative tappet mechanism which was created for demonstration of some methods of graphical solution. The second system is inspired by lifting mechanisms in production lines. The aim is to find out the magnitude of contact forces for different positions of the lifted weight and a minimal torque of the propulsion. For solving the third system of bodies, principles of statics and hydrostatics are used. The aim is to find out the minimal magnitude of force for activating the mechanism. All systems of equations are solved in Matlab.
Analýza soustav 5-ti těles s vazbami s pasivním účinkem
Podešva, Adam ; Marcián, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This work deals with the solution of systems of 5–bodies with passive effect (NNTP). Firstly, the theoretical and physical laws of statics are described and specific systems are solved. Important elements of the solution are kinematic analysis, system loosening, subsequent static analysis, equilibrium equations, their solution and analysis of results. In the first system, the influence of the passive effects and the change in the diameter of the pulley on the resulting force effects in the ropes are examined. Furthermore, in the second system, the work is extended by changing the trajectory of the movement of the body (weight) by means of an inclined plane, resulting in changes in the magnitude of the forces in the bonds. At the end of the work, the emphasis is on checking the bodies for rollover.
