Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation in the company Isolit-Bravo, spol. s r.o. for period 2011-2015. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge that is used in the following practical part. To assess the financial situation of the company, some selected methods of financial analysis are used. Then the company’s specific problems are solved and on the basis of achievements some proposalas are presented. It could help to improve the financial situation.

Na začátku práce jsou shrnuté základní body o Solvency I, dále je větší pozornost věnovaná vlastnostem Solvency II a jednotlivým kategoriím rizik, jejichž správná kvantifikace je pro Solvency II klíčová. V další části jsou představeny metody na výpočet kapitálové dostatečnosti - interní a částečné interní modely a podrobněji pak standardní model. Klíčové dvě kapitoly práce se pak detailně zabývají rizikem storen v ži- votním pojištění. Rozebrána je standardní metodika výpočtu kapitálového poža- davku, a je navržen stochastický model, který ji rozšiřuje zahrnutím informace o diverzitě odbytových cest. Monte Carlo simulací je demonstrována nižší rizikovost pojišťovny s širším polem zprostředkovatelů. I deal with specific problems in the financial analysis for the banking sector. I use these indicators bank bank liquidity, bank profitability, capital adequacy, productivity, quality of bank assets, capital adequacy. I found calculate solvency capital adequacy using CSOB and by calculating, I found that I have been over 8%, and therefore CSOB solvent.

This bachelor’s thesis is focusing on construction company’s liquidity. First part of the bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the theoretical framework of company’s payment-ability and management options. The practical part discusses financial plan and economic results of particular construction orders, which are evaluated within one year. The objective of the thesis aims to evaluate management options of company’s payment-ability regarding construction order outcomes. The result is an appraisal of the liquidity of construction orders and the delimitation of an appropriate liquidity indicator.

Bachelor thesis "The evaluation of company's financial situation and the proposal for it's resolution". The theoretical part deals with the financial analysis which is focused on its resources, methods, method of calculation and interpretation of the results. The practical part treats with its application in the company. I will elaborate the financial analysis for the Agricultural cooperative in Unčovice. After carying out the analysis, I will evaluate its contemporary financial situation and offer the possible resolutions to improve this given situation and to maintain it in the optimal conditions necessary for the regular operation of the company.

Use Time Series to Analyze the Performance of the Enterprise.

This work deals with the analysis of the financial statements of existing companies with the help of statistical methods and time series. The work is aimed at a large mining company Severočeské doly a.s. At this work will be given the statistical and graphic representation of the various economic indicators and financial statements. Each time series will be compared with professional values and competing firms. In conclusion, based on the results of the company will be proposed some options for improving some indicators.
