This thesis deals with project documentation of a family house with polyfunctionally, intended for to housing. The house is located in Nitra region, in Nitracity district Čermáň. Cadastral district Nitra. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact insulation. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of POROTHERM system. The family house has a gable roof with a slope of 38 °. Construction roof is made up of of wooden elements. The building has two floors.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the documentation stage for the construction of a mountain hotel in the village of Loučná pod Klínovcem - Háj. It is a new-build property, which is functionally divided into facilities for leisure activities, facilities for employees and facilities for short-term accommodation. The building has four floors above the ground and one underground floor. The first floor serves as a section for hotel employees, as a dining room and as a food preparation area. The underground floor consists of the hotel's technical facilities and wellness centre. The second to fourth floors are intended for short-term accommodation. The building is designed as a combination of a skeleton and wall system and is based on footings and strip foundations. The roof is designed as a pitched gable roof.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new two-generation family detached house, which is located in the cadastral area of the municipality Lužice near Hodonín. It is a two-floor building with a partial basement. Parking is available on the paved area next to the building. The house is designed for two four-member families. External walls of above ground floors are constructed from Heluz bricks with contact thermal insulation system. External walls of the underground floor are constructed from concrete blocks of lost formwork, which are also insulated. Ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated Heluz ceiling panels. The building is roofed with gable roof with a sloupe of 30 degrees. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for realization of the construction.

The subject of bachelor thesis is new building of mixed-use building Lipa in the cadastral area Židenice, part of Brno city in a row of residential buildings. The property is located in a sloping terrain. Mixed-use building Lipa is designed with four storeys, one underground and 3 aboveground floors. There are garages with a capacity of 11 parking places, a technical room, a storeroom, two engine rooms and two lifts for cars in underground floor. On the first floor there are business premises and the background of the apartment building. From the second to third floor there are dwellings. The roof is saddle-shaped with dormer windows. Main entrances are orientated on north-east.
