Project of automated product control on production line
Pelcl, Milan ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with analysis one of the production lines at ModusLink Czech Republic s.r.o. It seeks to find possibilities for automation of different processes on the line, currently performed manually. The basic focus is to find the appropriate technical solutions to the automated control of the designated production line. The work seeks to describe all meaningful solutions and compare their advantages and disadvantages. From this comparison of the final proposal is based on comprehensive solutions with the use of machine vision. Another point is the selection of a suitable contractor for the implementation of the proposal, making its advantage in economic terms and the resulting recommendations, if implemented the proposal.
Production single parts from sheet metal with usage technology deep drawing
Jurča, Jan ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
JURČA Jan: The manufacturing of sheet metal part by deep draw technology. Thesis of Master´s Studies, the 5th Year of Study, the School-year 2008/2009, The Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Department of Machining, FSI VUT Brno. The thesis deals with the project of manufacturing the part of the car body – the fifth door by deep draw technology. The material is zinc-coated sheet metal HX220YD EN 10292. Mechanical properties and suitability of the material are evaluated by mechanical tests. The structure of the material is evaluated by metalography scratch pattern. The analysis of draw process and manufacturability of the part is made by calculations and AutoForm software. The production line, necessary machinery and construction solution of draw tool for the manufacturing the part are determined. Last section deals with economical evaluation of the production.
Identification and assessment of errors in the production line and their prevention
Langer, David ; Vintr, Michal (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
The manufacturing companies are faced to the strong pressure to decrease the production costs. They are therefore forced to optimize the manufacturing processes and to increase their efficiency. The ideal way to increase the productivity is to optimize the manufacture by increasing the efficacy of the equipment, material, working hours and other sources of finding out causes of wasting in production, it means to abolish the causes of making mistakes.
Robotic Line for Palletizing Egg Trays
Ficek, Václav ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of an automated solution for egg palletizing line. The first part analyzes the current production method together with possible ways of automating the palletization process. In the second part, based on this information, the concept of the line is created. The concept includes design of the gripping mechanism, selection of a suitable manipulator and description of all elements. The third part describes complete electrical project. The fourth part describes the control system and the user program including visualization. Finally, commissioning is described.
Wood processing processes and problems of production technology of semi-finished products
Šimo, Samuel ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of a new production line of the woodprocessing factory DCP Timber. In the first part, the work approaches wood in terms of itsinternal structure and its physical and mechanical properties. The second part is focused on themost common methods of cutting the wood material. The third part describes the technology ofconvection drying of wood and the impact of this drying on the resulting quality of woodensemi-finished products. The practical part of the thesis is the solution to the inefficientproduction of the machine of the circular saw, which is an important part of the production line. There is a comparison of different cutting tools and their effect on dimensional tolerances. Inthe next point, thanks to mathematical models, the parameters of maximum feed speed andpower of the electric motor of the spreading saw are determined. Finally, a technical andeconomic evaluation is developed where the payback period is calculated in the case ofinvestment in a power unit with higher performance.
Transformation of production from Debako line into machining centre Makina A71
Fucsek, Tomáš ; Csölle Putzová, Ildikó (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is engaged with innovation technology of production machine parts from current production line Debako to the new machining centre Makino A71, which includes the change of technologic process, the tool equipment, creation of CNC program, economical analysis and so on.
Logistic system animation for production facilities
Mařata, Michal ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is Logistic Systém Animation for Production Facilities. Animation planning of production gets posibility of more atractive, faster understanding of timing production line. The result of the thesis is classic program for Windows, written in C#. For better functionality of 3D visualization is addedd HelixToolkit library. The other result is web application written with JavaScript library Three.js. In Web Application is enabled to load 3D model of own factory (*.ifc file), loading other 3D models, changing their position and saving changes to the database (MS Excel, MS Access). During the animation is enabled to make changes (as speed, skipping steps).
Using of ISA 95 for part of the production line
Horák, Lukáš ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of the ISA-95 standard on a newly created production line. The standard and its models are described in the theoretical part, following with the individual selected software solutions, which were used for the standard’s application. Subsequently, a description of the construction and program tools of both devices, which by physical arrangement and their connection create the production line, is provided. The next part of the thesis deals with the design and application of a batch control process. This is the basis for an ISA-95 standard implementation, which uses specific software resources for data acquisition and visualization. A functional verification of the production line and realized design was done within the last part. The conclusion presents an evaluation of production based on analyzed data from the test production.
Increasing efficiency of MCA production lines with solder robots
Hajný, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This master thesis describes the design of increasing the efficiency of production lines with solder robots. In beginning of this work is a description of product and current process. There are also variants of design solutions for soldering palettes and the best on is chosen. The last part of this work includes design automation soldering process.
The Proposal for Improving of Continuity Production Process of Production Line
Jurček, Pavel ; Tomčala, Radek (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
An assessment of a current condition of the company’s production line and a proposal for an improvement of the flow capacity of the production process will be the topic of this bachelor’s thesis. A transfer from a common paper job card to an electronic one for a better quality control of the products and their condition will be another suggestion. At the beginning of this work basic theoretical concepts from the area of a production process and a production line will be explained. The main part of this thesis will deal with the analysis of the company’s production line itself and with a possible proposal for changes.
