The submitted thesis Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company is taking care of financial situaton of the Hadač a Zapletal, s.r.o. company in the period between years 2006 and 2009 on the basic of selected methods of the Financial Analysis. In the theoretical part there is outlined profile of mentioned company and the Financial Analysis concept on which basis is explained . In the second part obtained data are evaluated and compared with ideal datas for company growth.On the basis of this results, steps for improving present situation in the company and its perspective future are proposed.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation KOVOSTEEL, Ltd. with using its own program in Visual Basic. Reviews financial situation is achieved by using selected techniques of financial analysis. The basis for the processing of financial analysis firm became the financial statements for the period 2005 – 2009.This thesis is divided into two parts. The first section describes the theory of financial analysis and the second part shows practical using of the financial analysis firm KOVOSTEEL, Ltd. The results of identified financial analysis are proposed measures to improve the current financial situation.

This bachelor thesis focuses on improving the performance of the company "Chutný výběr" through analysis of financial health and proposing measures for improvement. The first part of the thesis defines key factors influencing the company's performance and conducts financial analysis based on financial statements for the last five years. Based on the results of the analysis, measures are proposed that have a positive impact on the company's performance. The result of the thesis is a proposal of specific measures that could lead to an improvement in the financial performance of the company "Chutný výběr".

The financial analysis of the company Hanácká kyselka s.r.o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the company Hanácká kyselka s.r.o., which belongs to the most important producers of mineral waters in the Czech Republic. This work is divided into two parts: methodical and practical. The subject of the methodical part is to explain the importance of financial analysis and describe its basic methods. Further attention is paid to the practical part, that describes the horizontal and vertical analysis, the analysis of the ratios and the forecast of the financial distress of the company for the period 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2015. At the end, an overall evaluation of the financial and property situation of the company is made within the established values.

This master thesis is focused on the issue of financial performance of Farmet a.s., primarily using a benchmarking method. The first part of the paper consists of theoretical foundations to the given issue. Furthermore, the characterization of the chosen company and its strategic analysis follow. The main part of the thesis is focused on an execution of benchmarking – a comparison of the selected company with three competitors. Finally, the achieved outcomes and recommendations for the company are stated in conclusion.

The part of theoretical explains the methods, concepts and indicators for measuring performance. The practical part includes calculations of the selected indicators of financial analysis and Interpretation of their results. In the conclusion on the basis of data these results will be suggested possible solutions to improve the financial situation of the company.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.
