The walls around the elevator shaft are made of lost formwork. Due to unfavorable foundation conditions, the building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, which is made under the entire ground plan of the building. Above this plate there is a free space called "crawl space". Above that space there is a reinforced concrete slab, which forms the supporting layer of the floor on the ground floor. The roof of the apartment building is single-walled, vegetative. The design itself is carried out according to the permissible regulations in this locality. Part of the bachelor thesis is the management of the technical equipment of the buildings of the distribution in the building and the assessment of building physics (thermal technology, acoustics and lighting). The following programs were used for the elaboration of the project documentation: AutoCAD 2021, ArchiCAD 23, Building Designe, Hluk +, DEKSOFT, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
