Sports center

The theme of master´s thesis is the newly built sports center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The building is without a basement, two-storey, set in a slighty sloping terrain. The building is designed of system Porotherm with ceiling panels Spiroll. The roof construction is single-flat. Fitness with small sports hall, small bar, squash and wellness facilities with pool, whirlpool and sauna is located in the object. Tennis courts with training wall are outside next to the building.
Detached house

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house. The building is a residential unit, partly two-storeyed with a gable roof, partly single-storeyed with a flat roof and a partially cellarage. Ground plan consists of three contiguous rectangles. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and in the basement from the system Prefa Brno.
Civil building

This thesis deals with the design of a primary school for the 1st degree in Kromeriz. This is a set of 3 buildings. Object A is partially cellared, with 2nd floor above ground floor. In this building there is a boiler room with air conditioning, changing rooms, offices for school management and a dining room. Building B is an unsym basement 3rd floor building, which serves for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the elementary school. Object C is unsymed, single-storey. It is a gym, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This thesis solves object B, which is used for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the primary school. The building is of irregular rectangular shape and is designed as a three-storey, unsymed. The structure consists of a skeleac structure. Linings of perimeter masonry made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 Profi, based on concrete feet. The inner supporting masonry is made up of porotherm 25 AKU blocks. The inner non-supporting masonry is designed from POROTHERM 14 Profi blocks and POROTHERM 8 blocks. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact system. The horizontal supporting structure of the ceiling is solved by a cross reinforced ŽB plate. The staircases are ŽB monolithic. Roof structures are made up of flat roofs.
Apartment building Zlin

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of the construction of an apartment building in Zlín.This building is situated in the area suitable for building and housing, Boněcký rybník, Příluky u Zlína. This apartment building is designed with four floors and one underground floor. The lower structure is made of waterproof concrete. In this underground floor is situated technical backround of this building and also storage cellars, each for one apartment. The whole building consits of fifteen flats, these flats differ in dispozition or size. Part of most of these flats is loggia or terrace. In the first floor, there are not only flats, but also cycling room – room working as storage for bicycles for people living in this building. The bearing construction of this object is made of reinforced concrete, it is also insulated with ETICS and klinker facing strip. The roof is designed as single-layer flat roof. There is also a parking lot and gardens for owners of these flats.
Apartment building, Chrudim

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new-build apartment building located in the town of Chrudim. The apartment building is designed as a detached. The building has three above ground floors and a partial basement. The entrance to the building is from the southeast side. There are 12 residential units in the apartment building, 4 units on each floor in sizes 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK. The flats on the second and third floors have a balcony facing either the southwest or northeastes. The apartment building is designed using Porotherm technology with a contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure. The roofing is designed as walkable flat roof.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Both buildings are designed as a four-storey, one of the buildings are located underground parking. There are main entrance hall, production areas with facilities, eating facilities offices and a car park in the buildings. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used partly for supplying and partly to rest. The street facades are compact character, austere space is lined CETRIS plates, strip windows are placed in fixed horizontal and vertical lines.
Tennis Sporting Club Facilities

The subject of the thesis to this is newly built sports facilities tennis club in Brno Pole. The building has a basement and three floors. The main entrance to make the building is from the west side of the level 1.NP. At the bottom of the building is the location of facilities for athletes. On the top floor located facilities for staff and snackbar. Vertical and horizontal structures are mostly made from ceramic system components Heluz. The staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. Part of the new buildings are complete aluminum construction, plumbing, others, carpentry, locksmith's products. The project was evaluated by computer program AutoCAD.
Multifunctional building Cimburkova

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of multifunctional building in Brno, in Cimburkova street. The building is placed on flat terrain and it has four floors. Floor plan of multifunctional building is rectangle shaped. There are three different establishments in this building. Most of space of ground floor and first floor is used as parking. Rest of space of ground floor and second floor is used as café, hairdresser and store. There are eight separate offices and sanitary facilities, break rooms, storages and servers. The supporting construction of building is made of reinforced concrete column system and ceiling slabs. The building is based on reinforced concrete slab and than there is a flat roof above the building.
Pension Horehronie

The goal of the thesis was the develop project documentation for the construction of a new boarding house. The building is located in the village of Telgárt near the ski area Ski Telgárt. The building is designed on a large sloping plot. The guesthouse has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the underground floor there is a collective garage, technical facilities of the building and a common room for guests. On the first above-ground floor, there is a restaurant with a kitchen and a bar, including facilities for employees. Part of this floor is also the entrance area with the reception and facilities, including hygienic areas for guests and visitors. Guests will also be pleased with the available wellness facilities. On the second floor above ground there are rooms and apartments for guests with a total capacity of 36 beds. The architectural and material solution is designed for the mountain environment. The guesthouse is designed traditionally with modern elements. The structural system of the building is designed as a transverse wall. The supporting masonry is designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The main part of the building consists of a gable roof with a traditional truss system.
Embassy of the Czech Republic in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia for the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the embassy complex, focusing on the new main building, in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. It is a three-storey building which includes an administrative part, a representative hall, residential part, underground garages and technical facilities. The main building has 3 floors, a glass facade, a pillar walkway, and a flat roof. The primary intention was to create a representative place for the embassy of the Czech Republic, which would meet all security and functional requirements for this type of facility, while maintaining an unusual aesthetic design, which symbolizes good relations and mutual cooperation between the two countries.
