Achievement motivation and time perspective pupil

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the concept of time perspective and partly on the concept of achievement motivation of primary school students. The entire text is structured into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The emphasis is mainly put on the practical part and related research. The first part aims at the theoretical concept of achievement motivation and time perspective. The description of the concept of achievement motivation defines the achievement motivation as such, reveals its sources, differentiates between its particular types, presents theoretical assumptions maily set by Atkinson, Heckhausen and shows the diagnostic methods by which it is assessed. The second phenomenon is the time perspective to which the major attention is paid. The description of the time perspective applies the knowledge of the time perception and of the impact of the time perspective on the behaviour and presents Gjemse's concept of the orientation to future. The crucial person for this thesis is the French specialist Joseph Nuttin who deeply analyses the personality-motivational concept of time perspective theory. Strategies of managing misbehavior at secondary vocational schools

The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the most important published aspects, which are involved in the development of problem behavior (misbehavior), and present different strategies, how to prevent or manage these situations. The empirical part describes all factors which can cause the problem behavior and depicts how teachers deal with such a behavior. In the research conducted at five secondary vocational schools, in nine classes, was used a method of video analysis of behavior (observation), an interview with teachers and a questionnaire for students. The research confirmed that there are many variables affecting the elimination of misbehavior - teacher's personality, her/his experiences, teaching methods, a subject, a composition and arrangement of a class, a number of students in a class. Respect, authority but also a positive attitude to a student is required in a relation between a student and a teacher. Communication between teachers and students should be clear and should have defined and adhered rules. As the fastest and the most effective strategy of managing misbehavior appears a non- verbal communication. Psychological attitude of teacher to students of primary art schools in teaching violin.

This diploma thesis is focused on the work of violin teachers at primary music schools from the perspective of a psychological influence on students. Possibilities available to teacher for psychological support of education and student´s development are examined. Musical abilities and musical talent are studied with focus on possibilities of musical development of students.Then, teacher´s attitude to students and it´sdiffernt variants are described. It is emphasized the importance of concentration and attention, knowledge of motivation in each period of student´s studies, and good preparation for concert performances. Teacher should know about all possibilities of psychological field which can help him to teach students as well as to communicate with their parents. Chapters on psychological process of teaching, its different types and possibilities of usinh it for violin teaching are listed at the end of this thesis.
Function school psychologist on primary school

Aim of this thesis is to look at the problematics of function of the school psychologist on primary school and show how the school psychologist get on with individual teachers. School psychology, pedagogic psychology and their history will be explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. Then we look at the history of function of the school psychologist on primary school in the Czech republic and Slovakia. We look at its cooperation with other entities - parents, students or other institions. Practical part of this thesis consist of interview with school psychologists and teachers. The aim is to analyse relations between them and determine whether is a school psychologist respected figure.
Attempt at Health Personality Conception

Health personality model is experimentally defined in the study and it could be effectively used mailny in both pedagogical and advisory psychology, possibly in psychohygiene. Basic on the confrontation with the American author R.W.Coan's conception and by forming our model we make use of current materials of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
