The task of bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation of the detached house with a recording studio. This is two storeys brick building with one floor in basement where recording studio is. The house has flat roof above the second floor and over part of first floor is terrace. The building is constructed of system KM Beta Sendwix M and prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is designed for quality housing 4-5 persons.

The Proposal of Business Plan for Enterprise Expansion

The master‘s thesis deals with creating of a business plan for building up a department which will provide services of a recording studio and services of sound system installation and lighting of small musical events of different types. The department will come into existence by spreading of the core business of building and accounting company Aksamit s. r.o., which has been working in the region of south Moravia since 1991. In the thesis, market research, analysis of internal and external sourroundings, 7S analysis, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis are made and on this basis feasibility of the project is evaluated.

Airconditioning in the cinema with a recording studio

Bachelor thesis focuses on design of air-conditioning in the cinema with a recording studio. This building consists of two three separate air-conditioned parts. The theoretical part deals with the acoustics in air-conditioning. The practical part includes detailed project documentation of air handling unit air-conditioned parts of the building.
