Hrubý, Petr
In the last time, there are growing problems with wild boar. Their overpopulation and problematic estimation of population density is a problem which is attached with another problems. The database of scientific papers dealing with the same topic was created. After that the suitable estimating methods was chosen for my future field works. In the locality of the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area, research was carried out to verify the estimation methods for wild boar (Sus scrofa) in forest environment. By the chosen method of direct observation was established the density of 128 individuals per 1000 hectares. The second chosen method was the method of the faecal pellet group counting within the striped transects. This method was modified and transects were situated on 21 experimental areas, which were equally distributed in the study area. By this method a density of 124 individuals / 1000 ha was determined. The results of the work show that it is advisable to use two independent counting methods to obtain an accurate estimate of the number of wild boar in the forest environment.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis was the processing of literary sources focused on the historical development of hunting legislation in the Czech Republic. In the bachelor thesis I have studied development of the minium acreage of hunting area, the legislative term hunting and the list of wild game species. The minimum acreage of hunting area was gradually increasing and development stopped in 1962. Four times, the concept of hunting in hunting legislation was defined differently. All definitions included protection and hunting. The list of game species has changed five times. Most species were in the law in 1947, and the least was in the current law of the year 2001. I have also included to the work the issue of the African swine fever which appeared in the Czech Republic in 2017. The ASF affects to hunting legislation mainly in the permit hunting methods, which in normal circumstances the law prohibits.

Bakešová, Lucie ; Nespěšná Hamsíková, Magdaléna (advisor) ; Jarošová, Markéta (referee)
In the Bachelor's thesis, I deal with the significance of the hare's theme in the compositions of the so-called reversed world. The focal point of this thesis is the decoration of Hare chamber at Bučovice Castle, which will be set in a wider cultural context. The thesis focuses on the iconography of the hare theme in general, as well as on the occurrence and significance of the hare's depiction in the European environment. General parts of the thesis lay the basis for a deeper interpretation of the theme of the reversed world in Hare chamber in Bučovice.
