This thesis focused on general characteristics of technical analysis and the use of its instruments to support making decisions when trading in stock market. Within the theoretic part are processed theoretic solutions which are primarily relevant to technical analysis. At the specific stock item is by the help of proposed application consequently implemented the analysis of individual indicators of technical analysis. At the conclusion is compared the profitability and reliability of used indicators.
Analysis of Stocks and Shares Risk Level

This thesis deals with quantification of risk level of securities on Czech capital market. Part of quantification of risk is also assessing the impact of various scenarios on the price of securities. In theoretical part is briefly described scheme of securities market. Then is described history of Prague stock exchange, stock index included index of Prague stock exchange. The following section deals with describing fundamental investment instruments used in thesis. A significant part is devoted to mutual funds from a different angle than normal retail investor knows. The rest of the theoretical part describes the investment decisions based on the investment triangle including risk indicators applied in the practical part. At the beginning of practical are described selected investment instruments. Reader can also find out about their current and possible future market position. Further indicators of risk are applied, selected and described the scenario of events and their impact on the price of the instrument. In the last chapter is chosen one scenario in which risk indicators are calculated.

This thesis deals with an initial public offering, also known by the English abbreviation IPO, which is one of the company's financing ways. The bachelor thesis focuses on an initial public offering in Czech republic. In the first part of the thesis, there are explained teoretical terms, that relate to issue of IPO and they are important for the compilation of the process. These theoretical terms are alsou used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the compilation of key analyses, thanks to which it is possible to describe the state of readiness of a company to enter the publicly traded market. In the last part of the thesis, recommendations are proposed, which are supported by the information obtained.

The master's thesis on the topic of financial market and its legal aspects aims to analyse the weaknesses in the legal regulation of markets in financial instruments. The thesis is divided into six chapters, introduction and conclusion. The chapters are divided into subchapters. The first chapter defines the financial market and deals with its divisions. Since the legal aspects of financial market are a traditional subject of the study of financial law, the basic concepts of this field are notoriously well known. The first chapter therefore describes only the basic division that is applied to the financial markets. It then goes on to compare existing definition of the financial markets that can be found in academic literature. The second chapter discusses the capital market participants. As certain concepts of financial market might suggest, many different persons might fall into the category of market participants. This chapter, however, discusses selected persons who provide their services on the market in financial instruments.
