The selected client did not have its own website, so in order to remain competitive in the marketplace, it was necessary to develop and implement a website for the company's operations. This thesis focuses on the company's analysis, requirements and implementation of an e-commerce website with the required features.

This thesis focuses on compiling marketing plan for new electronic shop "ITProfirmy.cz". The work consists of four parts. The first section deals with the problem definition and sets the main goals. Next part summarize theoretic basics, on which I build my conclusions. In the third part I analyze current situation in the company and at the end I propose marketing plan. This presenteed solution consists specific steps needed for succesful establishment electronic shop on the market including econimic evaluation of proposed changes.

The content of this master’s thesis is the proposal of partial solutions from the internet marketing tools for electronic cigarettes ecommerce. The thesis is focused on the field of sales promotion and direct marketing, which contain tools for increase size of sales, better linking of products and accessories, better communication and customer access. These thesis is based on the analysis of company, requirements and options, which are appearing with modern internet marketing tools. The main component of the thesis is proposal of partial tools of cross-selling, up-selling and loyalty system. For direct marketing it is a proposal of e-mail marketing and online chat.

What´s more, there is discussed the simple predictive method, anticipated trend in price of the product. The information system was implemented by means of PHP, MySQL and JavaScript for the platform Apache.
