The bachelor’s thesis deals with the economic and fundraising activities of a selected non-profit organization, which is the Dům dětí a mládeže Blansko, contributory organization. The first part defines objectives of the thesis and the methods used. The second part includes the theoretical basis needed to underestand the issue. After that follows an analysis of the current economic of the organization and overal assessment of the financial situation. In the last part contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of the economy and fundraising of the select non-profit and contributory organization Domov pro seniory Bažantnice in Hodonín. Firstly, the aims and methods of the work and introduced, the theoretical part then consists of the basic terms associated with non-profit organizations. The analytical part includes the analysis of yields, costs, net income and fundraising. Based on the output of the analyses, proposals for new ways of obtaining funding are presented.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economy of a selected organization with a social program, G-Centrum Mikulov, contributory organization. The first part of the thesis deals with methods of processing and the objectives of the work. In the other parts there is the needed theory, the analysis of costs and revenue and partly modified financial analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the organization's economy and own proposals for solutions.

Financing of a Primary School as a Contributory Organization

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analye the financial sources of the selected contributory organization, to evaluate the current situation of the school and to suggest possible improvements.The thesis starts with literary research, to clarify basic concepts and processes, which are related to financing non-profit organisations. Then the selected contributory organization, the primary school Chrášťany, is introduced. In the next part the incomes and expenses of the organization from the years 2014-2018 are analysed in detail. The bachelor thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the financial sources, so the individual incomes of the organization are analysed in detail. The incomes were assessed according to their providers as well as the share of the individual incomes in the relation to the whole. The main activity as well as the complementary activity was described and evaluated. Individual expenses of the school's budget and their share in the total expenditure were also analysed. Subsequently, the outcomes of the management of the chosen contributory organization from the individual years were evaluated and the cause of those outcomes was analysed. Lastly, the SWOT analysis, which evaluates strenghts and weaknesses at the same time mentions opportunities and threats, was used to evaluate the current situation of the school.Improvements of the current situation and their closer specifications are suggested in the discussion.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the economy of a selected public sector organization, which is the Observatory and Planetarium Brno, contributory organization. The first part of the thesis contains objectives and methods of processing. The second part provides the theoretical basis, followed by the third analytical part. This includes basic information about the selected organization, cost-benefit analysis and subsequently modified financial analysis. The next part is devoted to the economic evaluation based on the results of the analyzed analyzes, on the basis of which are presented suggestions and recommendations for improvement the organization's performance.

Analysis of Intradepartment directives in Terms of an Allowance Organization

Intradepartmental directives are an important instrument of all organizations. They edit methods, deadlines, responsibilities and authorizations for every action in the organization. They serve both for internal and external users (employees, a financial control). Organizations often do not assign importance to the directives and record them as a necessary document. In 2010, a reform of public finance accounting took place, which has brought a number of changes. Changes are also reflected in internal directives directly or indirectly. The thesis analyses intradepartmental directives of the selected contributory organization by defined criteria. Directives are then compared with those created before the reform. Over time, it is possible to assess the impact of the reform on selected directives, as the basis of the accounting. However, it often happens that directives are not being updated and correctly compiled. Based on analyses and impact assessments, incorrect directives are updated or supplemented. New directives which have been absenting in the organization so far are proposed. New internal directives are a result from the reform. The organization has new obligations towards the founder and the state. Some changes concern the accounting methodology or the obligation to create certain documents.

Evaluation of economical position of Základní umělecká škola Slaný

This thesis deals with a financial analysis of the art and music education institutions Základní umělecká škola Slaný (contributory organization) and compares its situation with Základní umělecká škola Říčany (c.o.) and První soukromá základní umělecká škola MIS music Kopřivnice (public benefit corporation). The theoretical framework characterizes the voluntary sector in general and it delimits the private and the public voluntary sectors. Furthermore, it describes the contributory organization in terms of law and economy. The theoretical part also discusses financial analysis of a nonprofit organization and its indicators. The first part of the practical framework focuses on characterizing visual arts education and subsequently it examines the characteristics and the financial analysis of aforementioned art and music education institutions. For ZUŠ Slaný analyzes years 2011/2012 to 2015/2016 and only years 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 are used for the comparison with the two other institutions. The last section of the practical part compares financial indicators of aforesaid institutions and the conclusion reports on the economical situation of ZUŠ Slaný by emphasizing their strong and weak points.

Financial management of Týnec nad Sázavou Primary School

This work deals with the financial analysis of the Týnec nad Sázavou Elementary School in order to find possible savings and new sources of financing. The thesis defines education in the Czech Republic. The education system and the main subjects of education are defined, especially the financing of basic education, followed by a concrete example of such funding, financing of the elementary school Týnec nad Sázavou. The thesis analyzes the financial management of this school, which seeks savings and new sources of financing.
