Verification of quality of the cadastral map in cadastral unit Heroltice u Tišnova

This diploma thesis deals with verification of quality of the valid cadastral map in cadastral unit Heroltice u Tišnova. In pursuance of the thesis were surveyed primarily perceptible boundaries of the estates and perimeters of the buildings, and ascertained situation of the surveyed borders and the perimeters of the buildings was compared with situation of these depicted in the cadastral map pursuant to paragraph 13 and 15 of Annexe of the regulation no. 357/2013. Detected discrepancies are commented in the thesis and for specific cases are suggested specific solutions in order to achieve a proper condition of the situations. Outcome of the thesis may be used by relevant authority as a material for decision about implementation of the renewal of cadastral documentation using new mapping, or as a tool for owners of the estates for finding out what kind of discrepancies were detected on their estates and how they can rectify them.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementing regulations for land registry and tracing their relevance to the current cadastre of real estate. The first part will focus on the historical development of mapping the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic and the development of rules for mapping, which took place in our country. The second part describes the relevant provisions of Instruction A and Instuction B that are relevant to current practice. The third part will deal with the comparison of limits specified in the instructions and with current limit deviations used to work in cadastre of real estate.

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is survey sketch for division of land with elimination of simplified evidence. A survey sketch is a tool by which the changes are added to the real estate cadastre in order to keep the cadastral documentation, or cadastral map permanently updated. The first part of the Bachelor Thesis deals with surfy sketch, its brief history, purposes of survey sketch and its requisites. The second part of this paper analyzes cadastral maps and mapping bases. The third part contains treatment of measurement and copy survey sketch for division of land in cadastral area Nasavrky.

The main part is devoted to describing the content itself cadastral map in terms of geodetic and cartographic foundations.

This bachelor thesis describes the "History and development of geometric plan." In the introductory section explains what is and is not the geometric plan. The following section describes the development process, which had geometric plan came to pass than the current design. Further, there are the essentials, content and types of geometric plan as geometric plan drawn up and verified, cooperation maker, verifiers and authorities surveying and cadastre. In the penultimate chapter describes the conditions under which it is valid geometric plan and then described its use. In conclusion, there are some of the laws that you need to know to create geometric plan.
