In an Apartment in a small town, Mikulov
Solár, Michal ; Kozelský, Tomáš (referee) ; Hora, Jan (advisor)
The concept is based on the historical development of the plot and the city as such. Historically, the area has been defined by self-help and without clearly specified dogmatic guidelines. It is thanks to this that the city is enriched with moments that do not fulfill only the aesthetic or spiritual, but also the functional nature of the city. The moment of surprise and certain visas enriches the interior of the yard as well as the city. At first glance, such annoying spaces have a certain quality, caused by the play of light or the overall concept of space. An important feature of the object is the moment of surprise from the perceived space. The transition from a clearly defined ground floor to the rear, at first glance, irrational courtyard is enhanced by a passage, which also refers to the typical division of the small town house. ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION The principle of layering of individual spaces clearly reflects the moments of surprise. By specific fragmentation of the building, a character that resembles rather a family house as a residential object, spaces of different quality and utilization are created. The lower dwellings have a spatially and optically separated garden from the total mass, with the top terrace being terraces which are optically linked to the courtyard, but are not accessible to the public. The apartments in the attic have mostly urban character. This creates the principle of co-existence, which is typical of the whole area of the city. The layering is evident in the distribution of flats with different connections to gardens and terraces as well as the variety of housing units. The spirit of the place is a standing cellar that reflects the historical transformation of the parcel and is a symbol of the locality.

The set of tutorial programs
Vaculík, Jakub ; Křivák,, Petr (referee) ; Hudcová, Lucie (advisor)
With increasing demands for transit capacity of data networks as well as communication network optical networks seem to be the suitable solution. Light beam is attractive to use for data transmission . Transmitted data can be expressed by means of light impuls.. For execution of the project we need the whole optical telecommunical system which consists of transmitter, transmission link and receiver. The target of transmission link is to transfer optical beam from its resourse to detector with minimal losses. The optical fibre or optical freespace optical link FSO are used for this purpose. This thesis discusses basic effects that accompany these roads. The program that is created in this study clearly shows and describes the dependence of these phenomena on the individual input parameters. It is designed for students so that they can better imagine how these phenomena take place.
CARBON AND NITROGEN POOLS AND FLUXES OF TWO FOREST ECOSYSTEMS IN THE ORE MOUNTAINS
Růžek, Michal ; Oulehle, Filip (advisor) ; Tahovská, Karolina (referee)
CARBON AND NITROGEN POOLS AND FLUXES OF TWO FOREST ECOSYSTEMS IN THE ORE MOUNTAINS With increasing atmospheric CO2 concentrations, forest ecosystems are considered for their sequestration ability. However, there are differences between coniferous and deciduous tree species in their impact on the carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) fluxes within forest ecosystems, which influence soil carbon and nitrogen pools. In natural beech and monoculture spruce stands on research sites of Czech Geological Survey in the Ore Mountains, C and N fluxes and pools were investigated. There were investigated ecosystem inputs (C, N, in throughfall, litterfall) as well as outputs (soil respiration, concentrations of C, N in seepage water discharge). Further, C and N pools of living biomass and soils were determined. Throughfall DOC was significantly higher in the spruce stand, on the other hand litterfall C flux showed the opposite relationship. At output, DOC, DON and NH4 + discharge fluxes from O horizon were significantly higher in the spruce stand whereas in the beech stand higher NO3 - flux from mineral soil was recorded. Soil respiration was quite similar in the both stands, however different parts of original sources of respiration among tree species were different. Beech stand has larger pools of carbon and nitrogen in...

The analysis of financial management in selected municipalities
Holubová, Sára ; Slaboch, Josef (advisor) ; Čermák, Jiří (referee)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the economy of the town Strážov in 2010-2014. Strážov is a city in the southwest of the Czech Republic in the Pilsen Region. Thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the problems concerning the municipality´s budget and financial analysis. Then follows practical part, which is characteristic of the town Strážov with its consequent economic analysis. It is divided into revenue and expenditure, for which leads to horizontal, vertical analysis and a common comparison. Analogously, the same happens with the property and its sources of coverage. Finally, occurring the assessment of the financial situation of the city Strážov analysis using ratio indicators, indicators of autarchy, liquidity and debt. Major part of the revenues consists of tax revenues with 48,9% share. Most significant share creates VAT, personal and corporate income tax. Expenses are mainly made by current expenditures, where the largest expenditure item is the forestry (26%). From the autarchy results is evident, that the city of Strážov is financially independent and self-sufficient, except 2011. The liquidity ratio proved the ability of the city to pay short-term liabilities from its funds and the debt ratio showed financial stability of the city and its independence from external resources. Big burden for the city is a long term loan for apartment construction from 2004, which will be reimbursed in 2023.

Usability of stillage from ethanol production
Audy, Dan ; Večeř, Marek (referee) ; Leštinský, Pavel (advisor)
This work solves the use of stillage from ethanol production. Also solves processing into material DDGS and then solves the material and energy balance. This material and energy balance was calculated for 7070 kg of stillage per hour. The final energy requirements of the process were based on the amount of stillage produced to obtain 1 m3 of ethanol. The results of this work offer an insight to the problems of processing stillage. Thanks to conversion for 1 m3 of produced ethanol, results is also offerring the possibility of fast conversion of an approximate energy needed for devices of other capacities.
