The subject of this thesis is a design documentation for new construction of the elderly house in Austerlitz. The building has one underground and two or three floors. Designed capacity is 40 clients in the house. In addition to the accommodation of seniors also provides catering facility, motivational activities and other services connected with the activities of the senior home under the Act on Social Services. From a structural point of view it is an object of a wall brick supporting system, ceiling structures are made of panels of prestressed concrete. Roofs are designed flat single shell.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design a tourist chalet in Beskydy mountain. The building is solved as a masonry building. Tourist chalet has gabled roof with dormer on south and north side. When designing the object the accent of its funcionality was emhasized and the proposition of the energetically economic object. I designed by heat pump, the boiler and storage on pellets,

Family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané

A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.
