Novostavba rodinného domu s provozem ordinace zubního lékaře v Kostelci na Hané Konstrukční systém je klasický zděný z komplexního stavebního systému Ytong. Zastřešení objektu je realizováno prostřednictvím jednoplášťových střech. Stavba je přízemní, nepodsklepená, nad částí přízemí se nachází podlaží druhé. V uliční části je situován oddělený vstup do rodinné části a do části ordinace zubního lékaře. Parkování je zajištěno před objektem. Obytné místnosti a zóny jsou orientovány do zahrady a vytváří pocit klidného zázemí s výhledem do široké krajiny. A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.
