Annotation Addon for Opera
Cudrák, Miloš ; Kouřil, Jan (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and implementation of an annotation addon for the web browser Opera which is able to create and store simple unstructured annotations. It analyzes ways of creating addons for the web browser Opera and the tools and technologies needed for design, implementation, testing and debugging addons. It also deals with the problems during the design and implementation of the addon and their solutions.
On-line annotation editor with audio visualization
Dorotovič, Viktor ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a web-based annotation editor, which displays the audio waveform alongside the transcribed text. A waveform viewer library was developed, which uses HTML5 canvas elements for rendering. The library allows scrolling and zooming of the waveform. Annotations are directly marked in the audio and the position of the transcribed text is synchronised with their location. The end goal is to replace an existing editor with the one being created. Therefore, a usability test was conducted to compare the two. The time needed to learn to use the application and to transcribe a short recording was reduced by 20%. The waveform viewer library was released under an open-source license.
Automatic Speech Detection for VHF Channel
Táto práca ponúka riešenie na detekciu reči a push-to-talk udalostí v leteckej komunikácií. Navrhnuté riešenia budú evaluované a porovnané. Na záver, dostupná implementácia GPVAD je prepracovaná na riešenie tohto problému. Strojové učenie má zas a znova príležitosť predviesť svoje schopnosti.
Real rights written to the Cadastre
Nippert, Filip ; Šváb,, Tomáš (referee) ; Kutálek, Stanislav (advisor)
The thesis deals with real rights written to the cadastre. It is divided into ten chapters and starts with the definition of real rights and its historical development. Then, it disusses the cadastre as a public list. The thesis also deals with situations, where there is discordance between the real legal relationship and what is registred in the cadastre. The following chapters are devoted to the property rights including their mofications, the right of contruction, trust funds, the easement and lien. The thesis also discusses the cases when the property is used by another person and secondary agreements in the contract. It also contains simple plat maps concerning certain institutes mentioned in this thesis.
Web-Based Image Annotation Tool
Dvořáček, David ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Špaňhel, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with the creation of web tool for image data annotation. The theoretical part specifies the application, its design and functionality. The practical part deals with the implementation of the web tool for image data annotation such as point, line, rectangle, polygon with focus on modularity and easy extensibility of the tool for various types of annotations and implementation of image manipulation and transformation functions. For practical part of this work was used library Flask using Python, HTML, Javascript. The tool was created and developed iteratively.
Indexing of Big Text Data and Searching in the Indexed Data
Annotation of NetFlow Data from Perspective of Network Security
Kadletz, Lukáš ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
This thesis describes design and implementation of application for offline NetFlow data annotation from perspective of network security. In this thesis is explained the NetFlow architecture in detail along with methods for security incidents detection in the captured data. The application design is based on analysis of manual annotation and supported by several UML diagrams. The Nemea system is used for detecting security events and Warden system as a source of information about reported security incidents on the network. The application uses technologies such as PHP 5, Nette framework, jQuery library and Bootstrap framework. The CESNET association provided NetFlow data for testing the application. The result of this thesis could be used for analysis and annotation of NetFlow data. Resulting data set could be used to verify proper functionality of detection tools.
Annotation Fragments Searching and Updates
Kubík, Lukáš ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis analyzes annotation server algorithms for searching and updating annotation fragments. The annotation server is a part of the project Decipher. Analyzed algorithms are improved and replaced by newly designed algorithms in this project. A part of this project also designs a new algorithm for measuring how much is an annotation affected after updating the document.
Bioinformatics Tool for Transposons Annotation
Jenčo, Michal ; Martínek, Tomáš (referee) ; Puterová, Janka (advisor)
This thesis provides theoretical resources for the design of a new bioinformatics tool for transposon annotation with focus on their additional structural elements. There is a biological description of transposons, the mobile elements in DNA, their classification and structure. It further deals with the overview and classification of available transposon identification and annotation bioinformatics tools, description of function and implementation of a select few. Next we state the scheme of a new bioinformatics tool for LTR retrotransposon identification and annotation with a focus on extra ORFs and tandem repeats. The functionality of this new tool was tested on the A. thaliana genome. We identified 95 groups of conserved extra ORFs and 10 groups of conserved tandem repeats.
Annotation Editor for CMS
Macháček, Jakub ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis analyzes possible ways to create extensions of WYSIWYG editors and the issue of annotating electronic material. It also includes design and implementation of an annotation editor basis which will be, due to its wide possibilities, usable to create advanced annotations of documents. Part of the work is also to design a protocol to communicate with a server.
