The subject of the diploma thesis is monitoring of rocks blocks movements near sinking stream Bílá voda situated near the village Holštejn in Moravian Karst. The aim of thesis is to measure of the 21th stage and 22th stage in year 2017. The thesis follows on the results obtained in years 2004-2015. Achieved results are mutually compared and analysed towards the results of previous stages. The final results are shown numerically and graphically

The thesis deals with monitoring of rock blocks movements near sinking stream Bílá voda situated near the village Holštejn in Moravian Karst. The thesis follows up results, which were gained in years 2004-2011. The aim of thesis is survey of the 16th stage in summer 2012 and 17th stage in autumn 2012, following processing of surveying data and evaluation of space movements. Achieved results are compared mutually and they are analysed towards results of previous periods. The final results are documented numerically and graphicallyl.

My bachelor thesis deals with the determination of rock blocks movement above subsidance of Bílá voda stream, not far away from Holštejn village, in the area of Moravský kras. The thesis is connected with the results of previous years since 2004 until 2013. The accomplishment is to successfully measure the stage number 20 in the beginning of July 2015, then process the measured data and thereafter evaluate the achieved movements. The results are mutually analyzed and compared with the results of previous years.

Methods of Treating Bankruptcy in the Era of the First Republic

RESUMÉ WAYS OF THE SOLVING OF THE BANKRUPTCY IN THE "FIRST-REPULIC ERA" This work offers close look on the ways, in which bankruptcy was solved in Czechoslovakia between both World Wars. This period was very interesting from social and economic point of view. During this time was rise substituted by recession. Except from this, with the formation of the independent state a great normative effort was on the rise too. Problems of solution of bankruptcy in so called "first-republic era" are introduced by brief description of historical development, which is mentioned to remember some elementary legal institutes, on which the bankruptcy law is based up to these days. During the work on this text of lead experts of the period in this branch were critically compared in order to realize the positives and negatives of the then regulation in the view of the praxis due to their opinions and possible conflicts as well as the way, in which the juristic theory and normative might reacted on the practical problems and public meaning. Studying of the Explanatory memorandum for the bill of the Act No. 64/1931 Coll., on bankruptcy, composition and resistance, helped a lot in this effort. This thesis deals with the political crisis in Hungary (and by extension Austria-Hungary as a whole) at the turn of centuries. Attempts to modernize the armed forces and increase their size led, especially in Hungary, to a broad discussion about relations between the army and the nation and the position of Hungary within the monarchy. Thesis describes basic characteristics of political development in relation to the army question during years 1902-1912, its actors, their aims, motivations and results. The 4th Austro-Hungarian Economics Compromise

This thesis follows the course of negotiations regarding the fourth Austro-Hungarian economic compromise on governmental and parliamentary level during years 1895-1899. It mainly deals with their impact on domestic politics in Cisleithania (Austria) and Hungary, as well as on relations between the two parts of the Habsburg monarchy. It seeks to define and briefly describe disputed issues and reasons why negotiations ultimately failed and the economic compromise wasn't done the regular way.
