The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the process of preparation and implementation of a construction order and the processing of production preparation documentation. The following practical part already deals with supplier preparation and also safety and health protection at work for the selected order. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe arrangement and management of a construction contract from a contractor´s view. In the theoretical part, we clear up important terms and processes, which are then applied in the practical part, where we discuss the real construction contract. Described here are an organization proces of a construction contract in a specific construction company and its implementation. The output of the thesis is the processed documents for managing the construction contract.

The subject of this thesis is the preparation and management of construction contracts in the construction company. The theoretical part is devoted to the description management by project and its tools, supply activities and supplier preparation of construction. Theoretical explanation matters of project management is followed by practical demonstration of the selected job.

The practical part deals with the application of project management on a specific building contract. Subject of this building contract is Sports Hall – Sokolovna Svinov, a new building, which is realized in the years 2018-2020 in the city district Ostrava-Svinov.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the organisation of an order in a construction company through a specific order example. Thus, this thesis shows the order in its key parts and describes the individual stages of the order organisation in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the actual project management problems. It describes the objectives and plans of a construction company, the background circumstances related to the project organisation, to its stages and aims. The chapters focused on the organisational structures of the company and on the stages of the contract management can be found at the end of the theoretical part of this thesis. The second part of this thesis is practical and it deals with the application of the project management in the company Skanska a. s., in particular, with the stages that describe the process of the order passing through the company.

Building Order in the Building Company Organization

The aim of the thesis is to describe an organization of a building order, and to show its key phases. The individual phases of how a order is completed in a company are shown on practical examples. The first two chapters deal with the current situation of today's construction industry; consequently, the reasons for introducing the principles of project management into the construction business practice are mentioned. The third chapter is devoted to the description of a building order. It also presents the construction company that performed the specific order and the actual construction work which is the subject of practical examples of a construction organization. The fourth chapter presents the key milestones in completing the order by the company. Individual sections of a specific order are discussed and confronted with the reality of construction practice, and possible solutions of the discussed issues are also mentioned.
