Cílem bakalářské práce je popis přípravy a řízení stavební zakázky z pohledu zhotovitele. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy a procesy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části, kde je řešena reálná stavební zakázka. Zde je popsán proces organizace zakázky v konkrétním stavebním podniku a samotná realizace. Výstupem práce jsou zpracované dokumenty pro řízení stavební zakázky. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe arrangement and management of a construction contract from a contractor´s view. In the theoretical part, we clear up important terms and processes, which are then applied in the practical part, where we discuss the real construction contract. Described here are an organization proces of a construction contract in a specific construction company and its implementation. The output of the thesis is the processed documents for managing the construction contract.
