A financial plan of business development

The diploma thesis focuses on designing the corporate financial plan of the manufacturing company MANN+HUMMEL v.o.s., and it is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background and the necessary methodology for the design of the plan. In the second part the selected company is introduced and then the financial and strategic analysis is performed. In the final part, a prediction of the company's financial plan for the period 2023 to 2026 is made and its evaluation is carried out using selected financial ratios, Altman index and sensitivity analysis.

Business Value using disconted cash flow method

This diploma thesis aims to estimate the value of the company using income-based valuation methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theoretical basis of valuation, its procedure, and methods of company valuation are presented. The practical part consists of determining the value of the REpoint mark s.r.o. as of 1.1.2023. The DCF entity method was used for valuation.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The output of this master´s thesis is a financial plan proposal for the company Služby města Jihlavy, s.r.o. for the period 2023-2026. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical section provides a comprehensive overview of fundamental concepts, methods, and techniques associated with financial planning and analysis. The second, analytical part, is dedicated to presenting the company and conducting its strategic and financial analysis, including the use of absolute, differential, and ratio indicators, as well as a comprehensive evaluation index. A comprehensive financial plan based on previous analyses is compiled in the final section which includes predictions of sales, costs, investments, and other relevant financial items.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm Kompan Czech Republic, s. r. o. by using income capitalization approach. Especially the method of discounted cash flow in variant entity and economic value added. For this purpose the thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is focused on the basic terms and definitions which are necessary to determine the value of the firm. The next parts include information about the company, strategic analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and the weighted cost of capital. In conclusion, the valuation of the company as of 1.1.2020 is performed.

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of creating a financial plan for the company AHLFIT spol. s r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part addressing theoretical foundations for further proceedings, followed by an analytical section where both strategic and financial analyses of the company are conducted, serving as a basis for formulating the financial plan presented in the third part. Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

This master´s thesis focuses on the design of the Balanced Scorecard model for the real environment of the company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. The thesis contains a theoretical part in which the basic concepts are explained, including the Balanced Scorecard model itself and its individual perspectives. In the analytical part, the company is introduced and financial and strategic analysis is performed. Subsequently, based on the analyses, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is made, which includes strategic objectives and benchmarks. This proposal should subsequently lead to an increase in the performance of the company.

This master’s thesis is focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the introductory part there are the theoretical background necessary for the elaboration of the given topic. Subsequently, the selected company is introduced and a thorough strategic and financial analysis is performed. This is followed by a proposal of a corporate financial plan for the next four years, both in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed financial plan is carried out.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.
