Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for machine tool tending
Roun, Jiří ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This master‘s thesis is about the digital commissioning of a robotic production system for a machine tool tending. The initial research describes the current state of the art in the field of industrial robotics. Their types and possibilities are followed by the types and SW capabilities for digital commissioning. The system analysis of the robotic work cell. The practical part of this thesis describes the creation of the digital model and SW design. At the end of the thesis is performed virtual testing of the robotic system.
Virtual commissioning of palletizing / depalletising workstation
Čefelín, David ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealt with the virtual commissioning of a palletizing line, which is palletized using an industrial robot. In the theoretical part I describe the applications, divisions and effectors of the industrial robots and the reasons and the benefits of palletizing. Furthermore, the issue of virtual commissioning is described, including sensors, that are served for the proper operation of the workplace and the virtual simulation. In the practical part I describe the future workplace, creating a simulation and the program in the RobotStudio software.
Virtual commissioning of the robotized workplace for glue application
Radil, Filip ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and virtual commissioning of a robotic workplace designed for glueing and assembling a car headlight. The thesis contains a summary of available information on the matter of virtual commissioning and industrial robotics. It also contains a system analysis of the necessary equipment, followed by a design of several workplace variants. The final solution for which the 3D model is made is selected from them. With it, in the RobotStudio software, a simulation of all processes taking place at the workplace is created. On its base, a control program is created and debugged, and virtual commissioning of the workplace is performed.
Virtual commissioning of automatic welding robot guidance
Podolák, Petr ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Szabari, Mikuláš (advisor)
Automatic guidance of welding robots is an important step in the automation of production processes. Virtual commissioning enables a preliminary preview of the operation of the robotic workplace. In the initial project phase, it provides valuable information for implementation decisions. The goal of this thesis is to first describe the current state of the field, analyse a specific problem, and then carry out the virtual commissioning. For virtual commissioning, describe the individual steps of this process and, at the end, recommend appropriate procedures.
Virtual commissioning of the robotic workplace for additive manufacturing
Žanda, Martin ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of a robotic workplace for additive manufacturing. The aim of this thesis is virtual commissioning of solved workplace and creating a simulation model for simulation of the production process, including ensuring the safety of the robotic workplace. This thesis is divided into 6 parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of the addressed issue. The second part is devoted to the analysis of additive manufacturing technologies. The third part introduces the addressed workplace and describes individual components. The following 2 chapters describe the process of model creation, control algorithms and virtual commissioning in the selected softwares – RobotStudio, SIMIT SP and TIA Portal. A simplified risk analysis is conducted in the final part and subsequently safety measures are proposed.
Virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Provazník, Adam ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a robotic welding cell, a clamping fixture for a given component and subsequent virtual commissioning of the workplace. In the theoretical part is examined a current knowledge of industrial automation and robotics, as well as MIG welding method. An analysis of the clamping fixture and workplace, and a summary of the main aspects for their design are carried out furthermore. In the practical part are designed 3D models based on the previous analysis. A control program is created for these models and the workplace is virtually commissioned.
Virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Hladík, Ondřej ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace for a given component. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on research in the field of virtual commissioning and industrial robotization. Furthermore, the basic knowledge in the field of arc welding is described. In the system analysis, the selection of the concept and composition of the robotic workstation is discussed. The selected variant is developed in the form of a 3D model of the individual components. The practical part describes the design of the model in the simulation environment Process Simulate, the creation of the PLC control program in the software TIA Portal and the creation of robotic programs in the software RobotStudio. Through these programs, virtual commissioning is performed.
Demonstrative Manufacturing System Controlled by MES Utilizing AAS
Černocký, P. ; Arm, J.
This work examines today's modern possibilities for production management. More specifically, we focus on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and its integration within the concept of industry 4.0 using AAS (Asset Administration Shell). It also describes a specific integration for a simple virtual line designed in ABB RobotStudio, which is first controlled using MES and then the production is encapsulated using AAS. The AAS is then supposed to interact with ERP (vertical integration) and also with suppliers and other manufacturing units (horizontal integration).
Virtual commissioning of the automatic assembly of the stepper motor
Filip, Jakub ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Szabari, Mikuláš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of a robotic workplace designed for the assembly of parts of NEMA stepper motors 14, 17 and 23. The theoretical part is devoted to research in the field of industrial robotics and virtual commissioning. Furthermore, an analysis of the problem is performed, on the basis of which variants of the robotic workplace are proposed. Then, these are subjected to multi-criteria analysis, which is used to select the resulting concept. This concept is processed as a 3D model and virtually put into operation, thanks to the resulting line cycle is determined.
Virtual commissioning of robotic production system
Sláma, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of a robotic production system, which is located at the workshop of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics BUT. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an overview of the current state of knowledge in the field of virtual commissioning and a description of the elements to achieve it. Next, the devices located in the specified robotic production cell are described. The practical part then describes the process of creating a simulation model in the program RobotStudio and its subsequent connection with the controlling PLC in TIA Portal via SIMIT and thus perform a virtual commissioning of the workplace.
