Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of total hip replacement
Jaber, Jaber ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Kolářová, Kateřina (referee)
The abstract of my study deals with the treatment of patient after total hip replacement of right hip joint after repetitive unhelpful rehabilitations of the right hip the pain was lasting from 4 years and now even during the night. My practice was at University Hospital Vinohrady. The physiotherapy program started on 16.01.2019 and ended on 29.01.2019. My thesis branched into two parts: theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analysis everything related to the hip muscles, joints, ligaments, bones, nerves also the biomechanical and kinesiological point of view about the hip joint. In the practical part, after analysis eight sessions with my patient. Which include, all the examinations, therapy, conclusions and results. The patient had the operation at ORT. FNKV hospital at 08.01.2019. Goal of the therapy is to decrease oedema and pain, to increase rom, to increase mobility and elasticity of all soft tissues skin, fascia, ligaments, muscles, strengthening of the right leg, stability of the left leg. After making the final kinesiological examinations in comparison with the initial was significant improvement, as rom of the hip and knee joint of the right leg, strength, mobility and elasticity of the skin was improved, and oedema and pain according to VAS scale was decreased, also the...
Wireless IR Sensor for Area Invasion Detection
Suchý, Lukáš ; Kubíček, Michal (referee) ; Kolouch, Jaromír (advisor)
The target of this Bachelor thesis to design a security system for detection of the monitored space disruption, containing several battery powered sensors which are connected to central unit. From Bachelor thesis is evident, that for communication is to be used integrated circuit SI4432. Sensor detects motion in distance no less than 5 m and sends reports of the space disruption to central unit where this information will be processed. After that the user will be informed by the central unit. Sensor unit should be battery powered with lifetime in years. In conlusion, the system it tested in real work.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient following total knee replacement Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to present the physiotherapy given to a patient with stiffness after an atypical total knee replacement procedure. The work consists of a general part and a special part. The general part aims to explain this particular case of total knee replacement from a theoretical point of view. The goal of the special part is to present physiotherapy as treatment, it's conduction and results. Method: One female patient (b. 1958) with chronic stiffness following total knee replacement was selected and gave consent to take part in the case study. A copy of the form of consent can be found in the appendix at the end of this thesis. Clinical examination, therapy and progress evaluation took place at Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky from 21.01.14 to 31.01.14 under the supervision of Mgr. Hana Zemlerová. Utilities used in examination and treatment included treatment table, measuring tape, neurologic hammer, goniometer, overball, big balls, bosu balls, spiked balls, supportive pillows, stationary bicycle and mats. Therapeutic methods and principles used was PIR, soft tissue techniques, joint manipulation and posture correction. The general part was based on theory learned through the bachelor...
Wireless IR sensor for space intrusion detection
Možný, Radek ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design of wireless space breach detection sensor using sensor HC-SR501 and communication module SI4432. In thesis emphasis is on design of device with as low power consumption as possible using sleep modes of microprocessor Atmega328. Thesis includes desighn of temperature measurement, battery state measurement and subsequent broadcasting of gained information to receiving base station. Task of basae station is to evaluate information and among other things decide whether or not is guarded space breached. Two sensor network is further elaborated when sensors are sending periodical notification, person detection alarm, sensor manipulation alarm or warning about low battery state. Base station has regimes guarded and unguarded .

Sports center
Rohlena, Jan ; Vitík, Jan (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The objective of the present thesis is to design a sports center and provide the relevant design documentation for it. The designed building is situated on a flat plot in Hradec Králové which is intended as a building plot or a sports/relax area. The designed sports center is a two-level building without cellar with a flat roof. The building foundations are designed as foundation strips, mainly from plain concrete. The external, loadbearing, and partition walls are designed with clay blocks POROTHERM. The floor structure is designed with prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. The thermal insulation is resolved with ventilated facade with facade panels. CEMBRIT SOLID. The building is divided into three individual functional units with one shared entrance. It consists of two sports halls with facilities designed for sportsmen and staff, and a gym together with the facilities for costumers. A restaurant and a kitchen are situated in the second floor.
Fiber optic sensors
Janďourek, Leoš ; Šifta, Radim (referee) ; Čučka, Milan (advisor)
Term paper deals with optics, optical fibers and in particular with optical sensors, which are described in more detail. Furthermore, we introduce a new simulation program from VPI photonics. We will show the user interface and the possibiliti of sumulation in it.
