The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of real estate company M&M reality holding, a.s.. The mapping of the analysis focuses on the professional environment using the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. In the conclusion I propose recommendations that should lead to improve the current situation.

The subject of my bachelor work is processing the entrepreneurial object of the foundation and operation cafe Maruška. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section contains of the definition of entrepreneurial plan, enterprise, entrepreneurship and juridical form of enterprise. The entrepreneurial plan for Maruška is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing cafe Maruška in Olomouc.

This work is is divided into three main parts. The first part describes theoretical knowledge, which is then used as a base for the next parts. The second part describes the activities of the selected company and analysis of the current marketing and communication mix. In the last part is the proposal of communication mix, which will be applied in the company .

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a draft business plan for establishing a small company that trades in information and communication technology in the town of Moravský Krumlov. The diploma thesis is divided into three linked parts – theoretical, analytical and the draft. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part – by means of strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions. The draft presents the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company; its vision and mission; business, marketing and organisational plans; risk evaluation; and the financial aspects of the business plan.

Master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of current marketing mix and its possible improvements of company Vinařství U Kapličky. Goal of the thesis is increase sales of this company. Thesis is separated into four parts. Theoretical part is focused on theoretic assumptions, which relates to marketing mix issues. Analytical part is comparing gathered information from theoretical part with current company’s situation. Suggesting part describes specific suggestions for improvements, which were, based on analytical part, evaluated as problematic. Last part deals with economical evaluation and benefits of suggested measures.

The subject of the diploma thesis “External risks of a Critical Infrastructure Entity from the Public Sector” is the analysis and evaluation of the external risks of the Office for Government Representation in in Property Affairs (OGRPA), with emphasis on the continuity of its function and the formulation of recommendations for the existing risks. The first part of the thesis deals with essential concepts and theoretical knowledge. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the OGRPA risk management system, the risk analysis, the evaluation and the proposal of the solution for the current OGRPA risks management system.
