Analysis of process for production of small plates

Theme of the Master’s thesis is analysis of process for production of small plates. Main parts of the thesis are analysis of the production process, process mapping, data capture, analysis of the data by Pareto analysis and find causes of nonconformities. Causes analysis is based on data analysis and process observation. It is divided to chapters by factors which are influencing the process. Optimization measures are designed with regard to their simplicity of realization and system in organization.

Veronika Turková Improvement of nonconformities control system Master´s thesis, Institute of metrology and quality assurance, Brno University of technology This thesis deals with the issue of improving the management system of nonconformities control in a company ALSTOM Power, s.r.o. ALSTOM Group, the Division of boilers production, located in Brno. This thesis contains an analysis of current status of nonconformities control process and designs a new nonconformity control process using a new internal database for resolving of nonconformities. These measures should deal with the efficiency of the management of nonconformities process and reduce current company pains.

The diploma dissertation deals with the bus transport process analysis. More specifically, it deals with a proposition of the reclamation subprocess control. The dissertation contains the description of subprocess of the main process of bus transport. Moreover, it contains the analysis of the original state of the reclamation subprocess control and a set of measures and recommendations that lead to the more effective evaluation of this subprocess.

Analysis of forging disagreement

This diploma thesis deals with the generation of the different drope stampings in industrial process in MBNS Kovárna Company. The main purpose of this thesis is analysis of the industrial process and finding the main factors influences on the process. It especially deals with forgings of the shafts and also flanges with the similar quality of material 42CrMo4. Reasons of the disagreements are focused on surface insensibilities of the forging - crack. First theoretic part introduces company, meaning of the quality of material and describes tools used for finding reasons of the generation of disagreements. In the second practical part is described the whole industrial process and determination of the reasons of disagreements. In concluding part the results are analyzed and some correctional recommendations are suggested.

The System of Process Audits for Medical Industry

The Master’s thesis deals with the area of conducting process audits in a large multinational corporation focused on manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, which has a subsidiary in the Czech Republic. The thesis discusses the analysis of the current set up of the internal audits‘ system in the corporation and there are changes of the quality system being proposed on the basis of the analysis, whose aim is to achieve a full compliance with the requirements of the US administration FDA, the standard ISO 13485 as well as the recent requirements on performing process audits. The emphasis is also put on the setting of the system such that it provides the highest possible added value for its users, can be easily implemented in practice and is flexible as well.
